My home has 3A/C units. I felt very comfortable working with Dan as he gave me different options for a new unit. He also gave me suggestions on how I can prolong the life of the other 2 units.

At approximately 10:00 PM, we encountered an issue with our air conditioning system. We promptly contacted Service First, and Dan arrived at our residence at 11:00 PM. Dan demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness, effectively addressing our problem. His expertise in the necessary actions was evident, and he completed the job at a reasonable cost. We were highly impressed with his service and would highly recommend him and Service First Heating and Air Conditioning.

Very positive - from making an appointment to the service visit. Reasonable prices. When I called to make the appointment they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to find an acceptable time to do my six-month maintenance. The service tech actually showed up over 30 minutes earlier than the timeframe provided.

Service first came out to look at my brand new pool heater that wasn't working. At first the tech told me that it was "operator error."When I told him that I was following the instructions from the pool builder, he told me they were wrong. When he finally listened to it running, he told me it was a bad compressor. He could submit it for warranty, but it would be better if the pool builder submitted the claim.

In five minutes he insulted me, insulted the builder, and did not help me get my problem fixed with a heater that was delivered defective. The owner called and apologized, which was nice.

Amazing company. My husband Tyler has been their crane operator for some jobs before and has always had a smooth experience with them.
Our ac went out and Dave had a tech out as soon as he could and had it fixed quick!

Dan was very informative.He was here to do standard maintenance on my AC but notice AC drain was slow. Did several things to clear and provided several tips. The service provided wasn't standard it was excellent.

We needed the motor replaced. It was replaced within three days after Ordering the part. Company was very communicative and did a great job.

Dan at Service First did an amazing job today troubleshooting our pool heater. It was a compromised wire from the automation control unit. With ingenuity, he repaired it quickly and effectively, giving advice about preventinga recurrence. And, I learned this firm does Air Conditioning and Plumbing. A one-stop shop!

Service First Heating and Air conditioning fixed a problem that the original installer and many other companies could not resolve. My brand new unit was filling with water in the fan chamber. The original installer could not fix it and several other companies could not fix it. This went on for 5 years. Finally at the recommendation of my daughter I called Service First. There was a lot of damage done but Service first replaced the damaged unit with new and warranty and was able to rework the duct work to balance the air flow correctly. My fan chamber is now dry and has been all year since Service First worked their magic.

I met with the AC technician who showed up in a timely manner after my AC went out and we discussed the diagnosis to my problem, the age of my system, the options for repair or replacement available, and the time it would take to get the system up and running. I opted to swap out my failed compressor in consideration of the total age of the existing coils and other mechanical parts. A different set of technicians completed the job a few days later when my parts arrived. They were helpful in answering my questions about the filters I needed and where they were located in the system.

Scheduling is always accessible, pleasant and ready to confirm an appointment. The techs are efficient in their assessment, explain the issue and resolution. I’ve never waited for parts because the technician has them on the truck, which is a plus.

Great and quick service!!! There were challenges because the part we needed was on backorder with the manufacturer. They were able to get it in during Christmas week and come out to fix the issue. Awesome service, great people!!!

The came out next day…not one time did they try to sell us anything that we didn’t need. Communication and customer service was incredible! Nice to experience such a great company! We will continue to use their services. Thank you

We woke up this morning having no air conditioning. I contacted. Service First heating and air conditioning and plumbing. Two hours later the service person was at our door, he was pleasant, he was efficient and very informative. within an hour we
had air-conditioning again! For a very reasonable service call.
We will definitely Call them with service needs in the future.
