Their response time was excellent. They were at my home within an hour of my 1st call. James was friendly and knowledgeable and assessed the problem quickly. He fixed our drain line issue and recommended a permanent fix which we are scheduling now. Great service

Brennan was fantastic. He was very thorough in his inspection and exploratory work to determine the problem with our AC. He took the time to show and explain to me exactly where the problems were and described how those issues would be likely to progress in the future. He was thoughtful in providing me with multiple quotes and options, detailing those differences. Brennan really impressed me with the level of customer service he brought to the table. I felt that he came across as very genuine, knowledgeable, and even passionate about the work he does. It’s rare that a technician has told me that they enjoyed working on a project, but he truly does strike me as someone who is both skilled at and happy with the job he does. I will certainly be reaching out to Brennan for any future needs. I can’t recommend him enough.

My technician, James, was friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable, having no problems answering my many questions. He explained his way around his testing of the indoor and outdoor unit, letting me know the possible causes of the problem and coming up with the needed work to get my AC back to premium condition. Greatly appreciated his work!

The AC has never been better in my house since Hot 2 Cold put in a new unit. They came when they said they would, they cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.
James is an engineer and knows exactly what the problems were and how to fix them. Wayne came out and fix an electrical issue and Lee and another fellow came back and rebuilt a box for better air flow. Everybody is happy ,polite and courteous. Ms Rizco is a great scheduler.
When everyone is happy they do a good job.

Rodney came out to fix my other AC and did a great job, knew his business, and was genuinely nice.

James hands down was the best!!! He saved us 100s of dollars and his customer service was the best!!! Thank you James. We will be calling you every year for maintenance because you showed how much you care!

Troy impressed me with his A/C knowledge. I consider him a perfectionist due to his procession, cleanliness and on the job dedication. I will definitely call upon Hot2Cool when needed.

Had two techs come out from Hot 2 Cold, James from 2023 and Rodney today, in 2024.

Both were old school, good fellas. The owner of this company must be the same. Highly recommended.

Just had my duct work completed replaced. Corey and his crew did an awesome job. They were very courteous. Took time to explain what they were doing. Took extra steps to keep it as clean as possible. Completed the job a lot quicker than I thought it would take. Totally recommend this company.

Two trips - two perfect scores! We have two AC units and they are both old now. And of course, they both failed - on Friday nights! Both times I called H2C on Saturday morning as soon as they opened and our air was fixed that same afternoon. We had David this last time and Troy the first. Both were thorough, polite, and took the time to explain the work. This company has earned our repeat business.

The service was excellent. Both Rodney and Troy were knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent service professionals. They went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and get the parts needed in a timely manner to keep our family cool.

Rodney was great. Was respectful of my home and had diagnosed and fixed my heater within 30 minutes. Very professional and took the time to explain the problem. Will use again!

Rodney was on time, incredibly courteous, and he diagnosed my problem within minutes. He gave me some excellent advice on how I can improve my maintenance routine and made suggestions on how often I should have a professional take a look at my equipment.

I cannot recommend Hot2Cold more highly, and Rodney was amazing. As I write this review, my upstairs is already coming to temperature.

Fantastic job.

We contacted Hot2Cold AC on 2/21 (Friday Morning) The sales Rep came out to provide a quote. We already knew we were going to need a new Air Conditioner & Air Handler. We told Troy that we had a $6000 budget for the new unit & he was able to make everything happen for $5400! The AC was then installed & completed on Monday 2/24. They removed the existing AC & AirHandler, Relocated & installed a new thermostat, & installed new AirHandler & Unit all in one day! We are extremely impressed with every aspect of the install, from customer service to the speed of completion was beyond our expectations. HIGHLY recommend this company for any & all AC Repairs/Replacements. Thank you guys for doing an Amazing job!!

Kody was very nice and explained everything well. He was able to quickly determine our issue to it fixed promptly.

I was able to schedule Rodney the same day to diagnose my problem. He did a great job. He figured out what was needed, gave me an estimate, determined that the part was in stock and we scheduled my repair for first thing the next day. Ricky came out with the part and replaced it. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. A very positive experience!
