From Start to finish Eric was Prompt, informative of scheduling availability, flexible with my schedule and extremely professional..

He was always willing to explain his process to us and was extremely neat and tidy in his work which is very uncommon amongst air conditioning companies..

He also helped us with finding our load calls by referring us to someone he knows who also delivered stellar customer service and both of them worked with the county to submit and handle all paperwork and questions that came with this project.

I highly recommend Air-Rics Air Conditioning and Heating for any and all of your climate controlled needs.

Sonny and Eric are awesome. They do a great job and are very upfront with our system’s needs. Eric was excellent. He gave me some helpful hints over the phone first to fix my issue with the condensate line. But it was clogged so I needed him to come out. He’s very professional and upfront about what is wrong with your system. We had Air-Ric’s install a new air conditioning system and completely replace all of our ductwork—and it was the best decision we could have made! Eric, Sonny, and their entire team were professional, polite, and their workmanship and attention to detail are truly second to none.

Before, our ductwork was too small, which left the bedrooms hot and stuffy with almost no airflow. Now, every room in the house is cool, comfortable, and has excellent airflow. We also upgraded the air handler, increasing its size by half a ton, which has drastically improved the system’s efficiency.

He was great, my ac shut off this morning and wasn't cooling off the house the whole day. So I gave them a call and he was able to come right out. Turns out I had a clog in my drain pipe and he was extremely helpful! I will definitely be calling them for any future issues if I have any!

Called at 3pm on a Friday after a hurricane. They were able to see me, same day at 8pm. Ricky took his time to thoroughly inspect the unit and explain the problem in detail. This is after a long day, stuck in traffic after a hurricane affected the area!! Long day for him and I know he was tired but he did this job with the same professionalism as the first job.
