Excellent Service!

My A/C shut down on July 4th. I had contacted a previous company which after confirming the appointment, did not show up 2 days in a row. I went ahead and contacted R&R Air Solutions and immediately I felt like they were going to take care of me. Noah assured me in the call that they would assist me. Next day, he was here as stated in the call and fixed the part. The A/C however, did not turned on properly. I called Noah again and he came next day 7:30am and fixed it right away.

I’ve used this company for years, and Richard and Noah are the most trustworthy guys in the business. I had an air-conditioning company come out on an emergency call and tell me that the coils needed to be replaced on my system for $2500, so I asked R&R to come out to give me a second opinion. Turns out there’s nothing wrong with the coils and the a.c. only needed to be serviced.

Amazing service and responsive. Noah came out and assessed the issue immediately. The previous company put parts back incorrectly. Its great to have cold air again! I will use R&R again.

I had an issue with my AC and it went out during the weekend, they came out and diagnosed issue with my condenser, first thing Monday morning he came with a part and perform the replacement. Richard is very knowledgeable an experienced. Arrived before schedule time, very professional. Good communication and great price. Will be giving his number to my friends.

One of the best experiences I've had dealing with an a/c company. I called and spoke to Richard, after explaining my situation he came out within 15 mins to take a quick look without asking for anything. After talking, he understood my situation and offered to have the work done asap because my system had been down and the upcoming weather was going to be brutal. We set a time for next morning. He showed up right on scheduled time we agreed to and completed the work quickly. Very friendly and professional. He really seemed like an honest technican that cared about helping me rather than himself. You can't find people in this line of service work like that. Most are out just to get as much as they can from you and could care less. He was reasonable and I will be doing business with this company in future. I can't recommend this company enough.

I arrived back in area after being up north. My AC was not working and it was over 90 inside. R & R agreed to come look at it. Noah called and after another customer he came out. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I m happy to say I m comfortable and enjoying my return to Florida

Called at 6:45pm and they were at my house by 10am the next morning. Was getting a second opinion. I was initially told by another company I needed to replace the unit. Turns out they were able to fix it and at a cost that was significantly, over 12k, less than the other company wanted for the replacement. Not only that, the final cost with R&R was $165 dollars LESS than their initial quote. Great service and most importantly, an honest company.

This company is great. On time, if not early. Very reliable and friendly. Fixed the coils at a lower price. 100% would recommend and would contact again.

R&R did an amazing job installing a new AC unit in our home. Our technician, Richard, tried his best in trying to keep our 17 year old unit to keep working but it was that time to replace it. Richard gave us several options and was very helpful in answering all our questions, even after hours. When the time came to install the new unit, Richard and his team were very considerate in doing their work while my wife needed her space to work from home. After the job was completed, Richard checked up on us to make sure everything was working fine. Highly recommend them.

Our electricity had gone out and it was restored, but the AC was not working, so I called R&R. It’s Friday afternoon on a hot summer day and I was concerned that we wouldn’t be seen but the serviceman arrived an hour earlier than was projected. He was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and told me my AC was actually working and for him it did work! So he checked the unit outside, set the thermostat temperature, date, and time on the inside and then checked and cleaned things connected in the garage. Rather than a costly repair, we got an annual maintenance and an honest service call. We will be calling again next year for maintenance.

A/C not cooling. Son, in commercial HVAC business, recommended Richard on Sunday. Called on Presidents day (Mon). Richard and Noah in and diagnosed issue by 9a.m. Tuesday.
Noah completed coil replacement by 1300 on Wed. Amazing! And we are a fair drive up in New Tampa. Professional, cordial, and competent. My new a/c go to guys.

As always, Noah did a first class examination of our system, washed the coils, and offered suggestions about how to make the system last longer. He was very professional and personable throughout. I'm certain to keep using R&R.
