I can definitely say that my experience with J&N was probably one of the best I've had with any company in a while. My AC had stopped working just as summer was starting, and I was not about to deal with anything like that, so i gave them a call, and they were able to send someone out pretty quickly. Jerry was professional, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and got everything fixed the same day.

What I appreciated most was how honest and upfront he was. There was no pressure, no surprise charges, the price was reasonable, and the service felt genuine. I was very pleased when Gio the technician showed up . He was very polite and professional. He even offered to clean up the dog poop around my unit because I am very elderly and my grandson wasnt able to come by this week. The price was very fair as my capacitor on my unit was faulty . The repair took less than an hour and my unit was back on . What a relief !

It may be December but we’re in Florida and it’s still rather warm outside most of the time. When our ac unit stopped working Jerry came out quickly to diagnose the problem. Within 24 hours Jerry sent Gio out to do the repair. I appreciate the prompt ands efficient service they provide.

Ive been very loyal to another A/C company for a lot of years and even have a.maintenece plan with them. But after many very expensive repairs and another expensive diagnose i decided i wanted a second opinion. R&R Air Solutions was refered to me by a friend. Realized our a/c unit was leaking. Our air handler is located inside our home. It was Friday night and the a/c was not working. Thought it was going to end up being a rough Friday night with no ac. Was very impressed with R&R air solutions. Answered the phone and within an hour Richard was at our home. Quickly fix the issue and price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend. R&R was a lifesaver! Our Air conditioning went out on a Saturday night when I called our normal repair company they said they wouldn't be able to make it out until Monday. We live in FL and the high today was going to be 94!
