This company was the best. First they got here when they said they would. Then they did diagnostics to find what was wrong and fixed it. Their fees were very reasonable even though they had to stay extra late to ensure we had our air conditioner working. We have an older unit that will need to be replaced soon and I will for sure have them do it when the time comes. Alfredo prides himself and his company for their honesty. I just can't say enough good about them. Thank you R&R Air Solutions!!

I was having a fun birthday party at my home Saturday with a house full of people when my ac stopped working. I called R&R air solutions and the owner Richard Mckeefer answered right away. He was here within 30 minutes and had it up and going in a few minutes. Thank you so much Richard as you have never let me down. You have always come through for me. I highly recommend this company.

Was able to repair our system after diagnosing in five minutes what the original installers of the AC were unable to fix after two visits. Put in new thermostats which are amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Heard about them from my daughter who had them install a new system at her house. The owner is responsive and professional. Highly recommend!!

Connected with Richard via recommendation from a friend. Was in need of a full HVAC replacement. Richard and his guys came out and installed everything on a Friday in what felt like record time. They were in and out by lunch time. Few months went by and I also experienced an issue with a clogged drain which was causing the unit to shut off. I phoned them on a Thursday late at night around 9PM and Richard still replied back to me! Told me he would be there by the next morning. Came out, fixed the issue and made sure there were no other problems. Now AC is back to working like normal. If you're in need of any maintenance, installation, or repairs, go with RR Air Solutions. Can't say enough about these guys.I was in a bind and these guys brought the artillery. Honestly I called a few companies before hand because they showed up first on the list but it was the same ole story .."we need to make an appointment and see what we need etc etc." These guys said we can make it happen and they did just that!! Richard and crew did an outstanding job. Came out within 1 day for service needed at our business. Highly recommend.

Our AC broke just a couple days before Christmas, but Richard was able to come out the morning after I called and got it back up and running. Very thankful to have the heat working before the cold snap! The team was very kind and genuine and knew exactly what they were doing. They had the best value for their service compared to other estimates I received. I know I can count on them in the future!

R&R was super quick to come out, and did very efficient work. They saved us when Super Heat and Air failed us miserably so they’ll definitely who we call from now on.

Excellent company in more ways than one. Richard and staff were punctual, did everything they said there were going to do, and were extremely knowledgeable. Our daughter's room upstairs has been hot for years. As you walk up the stairs you can tell a significant temperature difference making her room very uncomfortable. I explained to Richard that with this new AC, we wanted to address that issue. He came to our house and evaluated our duct system, along with the size of our house and other factors and made his recommendation. He and his staff even installed a wireless thermostat upstairs to communicate with the main thermostat to keep her room cooler. What a difference! After the install, my husband tried to adjust the settings and likely messed something up. I reached out to Richard and without hesitation, he volunteered to come back to the house to make sure everything was set appropriately. I am very happy we decided to go with R&R AIR Solutions. I would 100% highly recommend this company and I am not an easily impressed. Nice to know there are reputable people out there that care about what they do and the job they do for others.

I just have to say what an amazing job Richard and his crew did on our AC units. Between getting us the right units, both high quality name brand and giving us a great deal, they went above and beyond our expectations.

Contacted them online on a Sunday with a leak issue. Received a text very quickly with an appointment Monday morning.

They arrived promptly at 10am and quickly found and corrected the issue.

I signed up for their semi annual maintenance program for $150 per year and that covered today’s services.

Invoice and payment were easily completed online making the entire experience fantastic. No overselling or anything else of concern.

I now know why the were so highly recommended.

Richard and Noah showed up at our home well before the appointment time and diagnosed our problem quickly. We had received quotes and diagnosis from other repair specialists as well, however Richard and Noah guaranteed the repair as well as any problems that may or may not have been missed. It is extremely hard to find that kind of customer service in this day and age that doesn't have additional dollar signs 💰 💰 attached to it. They both worked diligently to repair the situation and were very professional and personable. Due to good fortune they were able to receive the part the same day and returned in less than 2 hours to repair our air conditioning unit. Thanks to the two of them, my wife and I can prepare for this blistering summer ahead of us. Thanks R&R Air and a special thanks to Richard and Noah.
