Our Goodman coils went bad on the inside unit and hired Eric based on his Google reviews and his team did not disappoint!! Eric has become my new Go-To A/C Guy. The level of service he provides is second to none. He was on-time, communicated what to expect, offered various levels of help (multiple quotes), knowledgeable about the parts warranty process, and got all signed up with them on the yearly service plan. I have been recommending him to everyone I know and look forward to using them in the future!

I'm so glad I found these guys! They are amazing! Very professional on the phone and respond very quickly. I had technicians from a few different companies over, and all of them except Air-Ric's were trying to upsell! Sonny was very thorough and honest, answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell me any add-on parts or new AC system. He took pictures of everything and took his time to explain what was going on. My AC unit was back up and running in no time! Very fair price as well! Thank you, Air-Ric's, you guys rock!

I have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and this is now my "go to" whenever I need AC work. Called Eric to fix some duct work in the attic and he showed up on time, fixed the problem fast and all for the price of a service call! Many other companies would have charged more. While he was here, I had Eric provide a quote on running some dryer duct in my attic, which was also very reasonable and I had him complete that work as well. Eric is a true master of his trade and if you need HVAC work done right at a fair price, Air-RIc's is the HVAC company to call!

Sonny and Eric are amazing! We have worked with them several times and they have been great at all times. I came home late Friday evening and the temp in the house was over 85 degrees. Air Ric's came out within the hour diagnosed the problem and temp fixed my unit till permanent repairs could be made on Monday. 100% back and support this team.

Eric redid some of the air duct work in our attic a few weeks ago and we have felt a noticeable difference. Areas of the home that were hot are now cool. The house, built in 2006, as a whole feels much better and cooler. Eric showed up when he said he would and performed the work exactly as described at a fair price. I will use Eric and support his small business from now on because of his level of service and honesty.

Called Eric to tell him my AC was turning off and on randomly. He reported that the drain could be clogged up. I made an appointment for Monday so that a technician could come out. I decided to unclog it myself and now my AC is running again. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs their AC back up and running again. I will use this company if something else goes wrong with my AC.

I love Eric . He's honest and always double checks the diagnosis. We thought we might need several repairs to our ac. After the power outages, more than likely it affects the ac. He sent out his guys and they looked through the system . It was their suggestion to have Eric come out and give it one more look. What I like about this company is they 3x made sure the problem before the charged us anything. The honesty of Eric and this company makes me happy they are our AC guys. 5 stars in my book. Air-Ric’s is a small business company but super reliable and trustworthy. Eric who arranged the service call is very courteous and was able to set us up for a same day appointment right away. The technician, Sonny, who is Eric’s brother by the way show up on time and walk me through each step of the troubleshooting process. He was able to find the root cause of the issue in no time and ordered the parts for us which is still under warranty. So, we only need to pay for the service call of $89 which is very reasonable plus a discounted labor cost. To make a long story short, our non-cooling AC is back up running the following day and it is good as new again! We are so happy and satisfied with the service quality and the overall experience. Sonny is a real pro! He is super friendly and very knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. I would highly recommend Air-Ric’s Air Conditioning and Heating for all your A/C needs. My blower motor went out on my Carrier AC I called bayonnett the original installers and they couldn't come out till Sunday and its Friday after noon. I saw another review on air rics and gave them a call. Gilbert was amazing even stopped by to double it was the motor before warrantying out the original one. They have me back up and running in less than three hours before our house got too hot. Gilbert is amazing!!

Professional and courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Can't say enough good about this company. Eric even left us a portable unit to get us by until the replacement could be completed. He left it for us even though we told him we were getting other bids. Truly a class act!
