My wife and I would highly recommend Cool Down Air Conditioning because they were prompt, honest, affordable, and helpful. Our A/C system is about 2 years old, and decided to temporarily quit working on Sun night. Blake (owner) helped me out over the phone after business hours in an attempt to fix the problem myself. I was unsuccessful, so Blake sent one of his techs named Joe yesterday and got us back up and running for an affordable rate with detailed explanations as to what happened. My wife and I have been screwed over by shady AC Businesses and their representatives since we moved down to FL. We will continue to use Cool Down A/C for all of our issues (if we have any) moving forward and we would highly recommend you do the same!

Thank you Cool Down A/C and Heat for another great customer experience. This is the second time that I've used Cool Down A/C. The first was right before Hurricane Helene, Blake and his team were able to assess the issue, order the part, and fix the issue faster and for less $$ than the Old Company I had been using for years. His team was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. The second time, yesterday 3/4/2025, was by personal request to come out and conduct routine HVAC maintenance. Again, Blake's team remained consistent with their professionalism, expertise, quality of work and pricing. I would definitely recommend them! I am thankful for the friend that recommend me! Blake showed up on time for his appointment, and immediately got to work. He realized he accidentally undercharged me, but he honored his original quote. He was very quick with our tune up service. We previously used Blake's company for a repair to our A/C system nearly a year ago and the repair has held up with no issue since. Good local business with honest owner, who charges competitive or usually cheaper rates. Really, what more can you ask for?

We will definitely be using this company again in the future. Our A/C went out during the weekend they answered promptly, were able to come out quickly to diagnose the problem and were able to fix it on the spot. The technician Hector was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was back up and running before finishing the job. You can tell they care about the customer not just the bottom line.

I want to thank Cool Down Air for their great service and quick response to my late night service call. My AC went out Friday night August 1st @ 1030pm (not the best time or season) and I called the 24hr service number. Someone did answer the phone and gave my suggestions to try, for a quick solution. They made an appointment for Saturday morning 830am. they were on time; James the AC Tech was very knowledgeable and very personable. Within 45-minutes AC was cranking, colder and not running as long....Thanks again Cool Down Air

For years I’ve been looking for a trustworthy ac company that doesn’t try to price gauge, responds quickly, and stands behind their work, and I finally found it with Cool Down AC. They are polite, efficient, and easy to communicate with. 100% recommend.

Blake and his team were great! I had a full renovation in my home and he installed 2 new air conditioning units and duct work. He also built a new outside stand for both units to sit on. It was done in a timely matter. After the job was completed a few minor issues came up and they came back and resolved them right away. I would highly recommend this company! Really great service and I really appreciate the integrity from everyone that’s worked on our ac! Jim explains everything in great detail so I understand what I need. Our former company said we needed something that didn’t sound right for 1700 in parts and labor Jim came fixed our issue for 900 that’s a huge savings and fixed on the first time! Blake the owner has also been amazing our ac had the most intermittent bizarre issue and he came out and got us rolling as soon as the part came in! We appreciate everything they’ve done for us.

James did mu semi-annual PM on my HVAC system. He was extremely thorough, timely and a pleasure to have oin my home. I have great confidence in Cool Down Air and their exceptional personnel. Highly recommend!

His service is outstanding! Hes very pleasant, and quite knowledgeable in his craft. His crew has all worked together for quite some time and are dedicated to provide a good experience for the customer. I've used Blake and Cool Down a few times. This time was to replace my AC after discovering I had none and I didn't want to put any more money into an old unit. I texted on a Sunday, they were here the next day installing a new unit. I didn't even have the money available to pay them until tomorrow (two days later). I'm grateful to have found this company, and to now be in a cool home again. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Cool Down. We were being serviced by a large business that did not feel being without AC as a big issue though we have spent thousands with them. The heat became unbearable so I called around on a Sunday hoping to find someone to come out. The only place that took that call was the owner Blake at Cool Down. Super nice guy understood the urgency and sent a tech out to take a look. Hector arrived and immediately identified the issue and some other things. He was there for a diagnostic check and ended up draining the AC pan and vacuuming up the water. Blake called this morning (Monday) to say he has the part needed and can come out. In no time he was there and fixed the AC and didn’t try to make us get more that what was needed unlike other places. Needless to say my experience with Blake was professional and courteous and I can see why his reviews speak to how he runs his business. AC repair is a big thing in FL and having a trustworthy and knowledgeable owner who prides themselves on customer service just got a new client for life.
