Melvin is a gem. He stayed late to make sure we didn’t have another night without AC. My hero, highly recommend to anyone needing services!

They don't even answer the phone, this place is dead don't waste your time.

Drove in to discover my ac not working; neighbor suggested I call Melvin AC. Dan came promptly within a couple hours, fixed my problem, checked Freon and didn't try to sell me a bill of goods. Will use them again.

I called and they came the same day. They were fast at checking everything and diagnosing my problem. Very helpful tips given. If I ever have another problem I will call them again. Thank you!

Called them in the morning they were here in just about four hours did a very good job it was not the a/c tube fell off under home took care of it As far as price MORE THAN FAIR

If i could give 100 stars I would... I called so Many different places with no avail. Danny was here in 15 mins, all about his work and HONESTY. I wish every business was as effective as this one. I am a happy and satisfied customer

I was paying "Company A" for a monthly maintenance/repair contract. Repair was needed on AC unit and was causing coolant to leak. Company A came out, determined none of the repairs were covered by the repair contract I had been paying them for nearly 18 months and quoted me $3500 to repair then tried to sell me a new AC unit.

I called Melvin's and had someone at my house the next day. The repair cost me around $500 and was done by noon.

Need I say more?

We've been using Melvin's since 2016 when they installed a brand new central air unit. They did a great job then and seven years later they are still doing a great job.

I had called them before to handle a neighbor's A/C problem. They were there when promised and fixed it promptly. We had a problem with ours and they responded in the same fashion. Prices were reasonable and great service. I highly recommend them.

Came out on a Monday paid the service call but problem was not fixed. Called twice on Tuesday with no response. Called again on Wednesday and finally talked to someone. Came back out on Thursday hopefully they have fixed the problem. Over priced for the repair. Probably won’t use them again.

Way over priced . Less than a half hour for a thermostat. $325.00. When questioned, I was told the world we live in. Never told me the price before the work was done. My own fault. Be ware seniors!!

If I could give him another 5 stars, I would! Came to the house and looked the unit, addressed the problems he seen and fixed the unit same day! Working great!

These dudes are real, honest people. Very transparent with their costs/estimates. Called them Tuesday night, and had them there first thing Wednesday morning. They don't seem to be the type to try to fool customer's into buying something they don't need. I don't usually give reviews regarding companies, but knowing these guys aren't putting money into marketing I felt the need to write this.

AC went down. Here in 45 min, fixed it. I asked about new unit to replace 25 y/o one. No pressure to sell me or up-sell me. Let me do the research and pick a unit. Had it here in a day. Installed next day. Good fair price, good work done. Nice having a local do quality work. Support local families.

We are snowbirds that have used Melvin's AC 4 times in 14 years. It's an old air conditioning unit. He only fixes what he needs. And gets it running! He doesn't try to talk us into a new unit. He's very reasonably priced. Trys to get here as soon as he can. He's like having a HVAC person in the family. We don't call anyone else if he's busy we wait on him

AC not blowing cold air again. Dan from Melvin's AC found that the freon was very low which I had refilled about 6 moths earlier from another vendor so I knew I was needing a new AC unit. I spoke with DAN about my options for a new AC unit and after getting other quotes I chose Melvin's. They did a great job and were prompt, efficient, friendly and very competitive pricing wise. Thank you guys!

Daniel is probably the most knowledgeable AC / Heat person I have ever encountered. He is very professional and prompt and provides excellent service in ALL aspects.

Overpriced and not helpful, invoice is laughable. Got a maintenance package that was hundreds cheaper then the service they gave.

Would avoid unless desperate

The repair technician was great! He kept in contact with me and still came to fix the AC even though it was getting late in the afternoon. We were able to open on time the next day.

I called in and scheduled the service. waited on scheduled time +15 mins and no one showed up. called before the time to confirm.
no one called saying there was a issue. waited 2 days to hear from them and nothing. when i called back in to find out they said only have 4 techs and now they are busy for the next weeks.
seriously not professional.
at least call if something happens that they cant make appointments, people have work and need to be there.
it would of been a good job for them but if this is how it starts i am glad. going somewhere else

The tech John who performed a routine maintenance check on all our heating and cooling units was awesome. He provided an estimate of the work required promptly and at a very fair price. He was prompt and very friendly. Great!
