He spent sometime with my husband on the phone with helping us through this situation. He didn’t care about easily a whole unit would just solve the problem, like the previous Ac person we called. He cared about helping a person in need. Because of how he helped us, He provided us with the best affordable solution. We felt like Iike we were talking to a family member helping us work through a problem. Alberto installed a mini split system for me. I am more than happy with the outcome. We worked together to pick a brand and size.....it's super quiet and super efficient, and the workmanship is top notch. And, all at a fair price.

So nice to still be able to rely on this great team of Morenos over ten years later! Once again, we were in need of a new home system and Al and his boys were here asap and fixed up everything quickly and efficiently like they always do! Where to begin.. Alberto started working on our ac back in 2012. Our system was old and Alberto helped keep us cool for a year or longer until we were prepared to buy a new unit. Once the new system was installed, Al's visits were much fewer and farther between. Alberto always answers the phone. He always makes room in a very busy schedule, so when my sister needed an "ac guy" urgently one day, Al got out to see her and fix her up quickly! it wasn't until later I found out he doesn't even work in her city, but he went because he takes care of his people! Who does that?
Al's work is only the best, and his prices help you understand what quality work for a fair price is. He has been training his son for so many years now, we trust him as much as we do Al. I could list numerous breakdowns, freeze-ups, clogs, leaks, etc from over the years, - but instead I will say Thank You, Al, and Moreno Heating - for always saving our butts from the blazing Florida heat!
We will always use Moreno Heating and Air for all of our heating and air conditioning needs, and we recommend this company to all of our friends and family members!!

Alberto, from Moreno AC, has been repairing and servicing my AC units since 2010. Alberto is knowledgeable, and provides great quality service. Never had a disappointments with any of his service calls. Had a motor issue on a newer unit once. Alberto came out , pulled the fan motor, checked on the warranty, and luckily the motor was still under warranty. He did all the leg work from calling the manufacturer, and resolving the warranty issue, to installing the new motor. Was soo relieved. If you're looking for a top notched AC well trained master technician, then look no further. Call Moreno AC for great service at a competitive prices. I am an actual customer and can attest to the great service this man provides. He definitely leads by example in an industry that lacks professionalism and he believes that the consumers should come first.

I am extremely happy to have the AC running again. Alberto and his sons, AJ and Michael, are top notch in this profession. My AC system is a variable speed air handler and the board was not programmed correctly by the previous installer. The tech from the other company gave up after a few diagnoses. I called Moreno up and Alberto responded immediately. They replaced the warranted fan blower and got the circuit board programmed correctly to blow 100% (previously at 30%). Also, the suggestion to replace the wire to a heavier gauge and put in the surge protector to protect from future system failure. Alberto and his sons are so friendly and trustworthy. Moreno is now my go-to AC company.

Our air conditioner went out and I called several companies to see who could come out same day and help us in this sweltering heat. Alberto Moreno returned our call and was able to stop by to check out our ac unit.(new in 2019) So glad that Alberto and AJ could diagnose and replace a couple of parts to get our air conditioning back on. He could have tried to take advantage of the situation but he is an honest contractor who enjoys his job and also advised us to have a checkup every March/April to keep our unit running efficiently. I am so glad that we found Alberto for all of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company to you and your family.

I could not be any happier then to then to write this review for Mr. Al Moreno. Our air stopped working over the weekend and we didn't know what to do. I texted Al on a Sunday and within minutes he responded. He and his son came over first thing Monday morning. They were polite, knowledgeable, and just great to work with. They diagnosed the issue thankfully it was just a quick fix. Air is back running great. He did not try to sell us on anything that wasn't needed. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with his true professionalism and honesty. I would recommend Al Moreno to anyone for any of their heating and cooling needs.

Alberto is great! He did work me a few years ago and I was really satisfied. I kept his card and when I had a different issue this week, he responded as quick as possible and got my A/C running again right away. He's fair, honest and does a good job at explaining what he's doing. He's training his son now and I'd much rather go with a local family owned business than one of the big corporations. I'll be using Alberto for all of my A/C needs in the future.

Fantastic same day experience!! Had issues with prior AC company that overcharged and didn't do a complete job. Moreno came to my home within 2 hours of me calling them. Explained my issue and got my AC working beautifully....I'm freezing...lol...I HIGHLY recommend this company. Fast, professional and affordable service!!!

Alberto and his sons are the best. I called and he was able to come right away and fix my problem right away and he didn’t even charge much. All the other companies charge a diagnostic fee of $89 and up. Moreno doesn’t!! I highly recommend them and I’ll use them again.& again They’re the best ever!! They’re professional and Alberto is very honest and he’ll tell u he’s not going to overcharge anybody because he’d rather have u as a happy customer and see u happy👍😊❤️ than to overcharge u.

Alberto and his son were really amazing. They squeezed me in on a Saturday morning and they charged a fraction of what two other large companies (who advertise a ton) were going to charge. Alberto was honest and told me exactly what my options were, how much each was going to cost, and the advantages and disadvantages of each. There was zero pressure to decide right that minute or to buy a whole new system. I would highly recommend Moreno Heating and Cooling to anyone who is looking for a skilled and honest repair service.

While preparing for hurricane Ian, we realized our AC wasn't operating correctly and had frozen up, we contacted Alberto and he responded the same day to see what our issue was. He discovered our fan motor was not only installed incorrectly, but wasn't the right size either. He responded back today and fixed our AC to it's proper capacity . Very trustworthy and professional. This morning my air-conditioning stopped working, I called Moreno Heating and Cooling and left a message. Alberto returned my call within 30 minutes and was on-site to diagnose and make repairs in less than 2 hours total. I am very impressed with Alberto and his son AJ, they assured me everything would be okay and not only fixed the problem but cleaned the inside and outside AC units.

Al is excellent!! My a/c stop working and a friend tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. Found Moreno heating and cooling on Google with really good reviews and said, let me see. I can say that everything was true! Called in the morning and was able to book my service the same morning. Was really honest and explained everything that was happening with my unit and fix it. No words to really describe how excellent was! Thank you for everything!
