We highly recommend Air Repair. I contacted them most recently last week when our unit stopped cooling. Fortunately it was later in the night not in the heat of the day. They were quick to respond the following day and soon had it cooling again.

Chip and the team at Air Repair did an exceptional job! They were on time, efficient and knowledgeable. They wasted no time and made no mess. They ensured everything was in working order prior to leaving and even followed up afterward to make sure all was good. I'd recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Pricing was reasonable and I'm a happy Canadian customer.

Of course the A/C decides to quit at 6 PM on a Friday night — classic Florida timing! 😅 Turns out the culprit was a snake in our capacitor (only in Florida, right?). Frank went out of his was to fit us in his schedule fast, diagnosed the problem, and had us cooled down in no time. Professional, friendly, and saved us from another sweaty summer night! Highly recommend if you want quick, reliable service!!

This team was extremely professional, from identifying a problem with our old AC system, to installing and troubleshooting a new system. They put in all the hours it took to get us back up running. Huge improvement to our quality of life.

GREAT service!!! I woke up last night to no AC, called Air Repair HVAC, Inc. and within 2 hours I had working AC and without an astronomical service fee. Chip is a real down to earth individual who educated me on cleaning the drain pipe, the correct AC filter to use (who knew the pricey ones aren't always the best for your unit) and even tips on adding a dehumidifier to my home. They are definitely my AC company moving forward!

Once again Moreno Heating and cooling comes in with the save and fixed my unit. Very professional and knowledgeable, they made sure I was up and running before they left my house. I guess i can start from the beginning.We were recommended to this company. From day one, Alberto showed professionalism, he was knowledgable, he didnt rush thru the appointment. We couldnt wait for him to install our new unit. Today 12/10/2020, he arrived on time with his co-worker (son) and those guys didnt stop until completion. The new thermostat is awesome. Alberto and his son were awesome. They fixed my Gree Mini Split for 275.00. Another company told me I had to replace it and it couldn't be fixed. I'm hiring them to do a yearly maintenance for me!! I highly recommend them.

Alberto is very responsive to text messages. Our AC started acting up over Easter weekend. Why do these things happen on holiday weekends?? LOL. It wasn't an emergency but I hoped to get on his Monday schedule. I texted him on Easter Sunday and he responded in minutes! He took time to ask questions so he could get more information.
Alberto made time to be here Monday morning. He immediately found the issue and it was a simple maintenance item we missed. Now, he could've told us it was something expensive but he didn't!!!
Other qualities: He is honest, personable and knowledgeable. His prices are fair and he does NOT upsell. Alberto explains issues clearly and will spend time answering your questions.

We will not use anyone else. We were out of town when our air went on the fritz. We called and with the help of neighbors and Moreno Heating and Cooling we able to get the problem fixed without flying down from Michigan. Awesome that there are still companies like Moreno. We were out of town when our AC quit working but they made it easy. Got someone out in a timely manner. We were prepared to pay over the phone and were simply told I left a business card just send a check when you get back. You just don't find this type of customer service much these days. Great service and great honest communication and a fair price! Will definitely use them again when needed.
