We have always had good service from Quality Complete! Today, I called them and the tech was here in 10 minutes and knew what the problem was when he walked in. He repaired it and was gone in 30 minutes. This is the 4th time we have used Quality for air conditioner repair. They are always prompt, courteous and repair the unit quickly!

We called early in the morning to find our house was hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working. They had Joel out to us immediately. He was so friendly and took care of our air conditioner right away!

I want to thank you for the quick response ,your service technician was great however I believe the price was excessive, where as I had the thermostat already which only took him 10 minutes to install and the problem was a simple automotive fuse. $195.00 for install was a bit excessive, considering the unit’s purchase price was considerably less on top of the $89 service call charge.

These gentlemen came here one came right away turned everything off stop the water running and then another guy delivered the hot water heater to the house and then another guy was helping as well. I’ve never seen such a great team. Take out my water softener my hot water heater, reinstall the new hot water heater and then hook up the softener again turned everything on and checked it all out so quickly. Really appreciated them coming out quickly with a few hours of the initial call. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it with a new part they carry on the truck. Efficient, fast service. Parts are also guaranteed for two years. Techs really know what they are doing. Thank you Victor!

My AC stop blowing cold, making inside temp 80 degrees. I had a maintenance agreement with another company. I called to schedule a service call, was told it would be a couple days for technician. I was told my service agreement covers the fee for a service call, it doesn’t provide expedited service. I called Quality, they had a technician out within an hour. The technician was amazing, getting my unit operational and providing clear details of what he did and what I can do if the issue happens again.
I cancelled my service agreement with other company. Will use Quality going forward, and look into getting service agreement through KPW.

This is the place to call!!! We had our AC guy come out who clearly lied to us. We had a second opinion who never followed back up. Neighbor told us about Edgar and called him 10pm one night. He was out the next morning to assess the situation and came back later that day and fixed the issue ( which was replacement’of all our duct work under house)!!! Which is not what our AC guy diagnosed… something totally different, which was fine by the way!!! Very reasonable price and just a joy to work with. We were out of town all during this repair and he went ahead and did what he does and trusted us to pay him when we came back ( next day). He gave us bigger ducts for better air flow and it’s working wonderfully!! He came back out tonight to make sure everything is how it should be! I will refer everyone I know to him! Very professional and excellent work from Edgar. He was very nice and hard working and his attention to detail was amazing. He even fixed an issue that I wasn't aware of and that a different HVAC company's technician missed. I have definitely found my go to company for all my ac needs!!

Had a fantastic experience with Edgar. Our A/C was down and we were out of town. We called Edgar late Sunday night and he cam out on Monday, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem so we could come back home to a cool house (something 2 other companies failed to do). Edgar is extremely personable and very professional. He went above and beyond to help us with our problem at a very reasonable price. Edgar will definitely be our A/C guy from now on.
