Our water heater began leaking over the weekend. We called Quality on Monday morning, they arrived before noon, and we were up and running with a new water heater within an hour. They were prompt, efficient, and easy to deal with. We heartily recommend Quality Complete Home Services.

Showed up on time. Did a nice job explaining everything about the air conditioner. Was very patient helping us connecting the smart thermostat to our phones.

A/C went out this morning, not a drain blockage or float issue. Called at 12:30, repairman at my home by 1:20. Quickly diagnosed issue, made repair, cleaned coils & checked freon. Very fair price for service call and part. No hard sales or pressure. Professional. First time using Quality Complete, very pleased and will use again!

First visit went smooth but second visit with spare part was an unfortunate experience. Tech came - supposedly rang doorbell which I missed. No call no text so lucky you if you sit next to the front door. At least I got the piece # to order myself.

I needed servicing once again as my AC unit backs up in the drainage pipe (the way the builders set it up) and Quality took care of it right away. Never tries to upsell you which I appreciate.

They came out almost immediately after I called.They fixed the problem within minutes of getting here and the technician Sil was friendly and professional.

As always, Quality came thru for us in an emergency! When the temp inside the condo got up to 85 degrees, we knew it was time to call. Despite it being late Sunday evening, the repairman was here in 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and took steps to correct it. He came back after servicing the other callers who were ahead of us and by 10:00 pm, we were cool again! Great job Quality!!!

Grossly over changed me on their last service call. They installed my faucet and garage disposal. It took about an hour

I thought it was a broken water heater, but it was just a pipe behind the water heater, They came quickly and fixed it quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. I'm very happy.

Excellent appliance repair, came out same day, examined the leak and will return in a couple days with ordered part.
