Our A/C unit stopped working so a friend of my wife recommended Moreno heating and cooling. I called and talked to Alberto, he said he would come over to take a look. Didn't charge for coming over. In the end we got a new A/C unit. Alberto and his sons did an excellent job. Anybody that ask me if I know a good A/C company his name would be the one I give. The star rating review only went to five but they deserve much higher. Can't say enough good things about them. Try them and you'll see what I mean just like all the other reviews before mine.

I tried to take on the task of switching out my thermostat on my own (I do not recommend 😅) and Alberto saved the day. Turns out that the new one I was trying to install was not compatible with my wiring (you know how these new builds are just thrown together and too many things are not done properly by the builder). He was honest about everything and made sure I understood everything that was happening. I for sure thought it was going to cost a small fortune since he had two vans and multiple guys at my house for hours trying to get what I wanted done. I was floored by how reasonable his price was. I’ve never been happier to be told a total cost for something 😂. He has definitely earned a customer for life and I have learned to leave things to the professionals.

Alberto and his crew is super professional! Really had a good experience working with them. I needed a quote for a new ac in Ruskin. Every company had super high quotes. Alberto gave me the lowest quote at the highest quality. Got a quote within the day. On day of installation, they showed up right on time and got a 6-8 hour job done in 3 hours. They left no mess. It’s been over a month with no issues. My last ac would never even hit 65. With the unit Alberto installed, my house stays cool all day. I barely put it to 72 and it’s freezing cold in my house! Really glad I found Moreno. A great tech makes a huge difference! Would recommend them to anyone looking for all around good and honest service. You won’t regret it!

If I could rate Moreno Heating & Cooling and cooling 10 stars, I would.
After our 50-year-old AC unit in Kings point quit, I phoned around to local companies for help.
The general consensus was that the AC was outdated and parts were no longer available. Calls came in offering quotes for a brand new unit.

On Monday, the air conditioning system ceased operation. Tuesday, Moreno conducted an on-site assessment of the issue. The repair was completed Wednesday morning. As a resident of an 800-home gated community, I can attest to the Moreno family's excellent reputation and widespread use among neighbors, supported by numerous positive reviews and recommendations. The pricing was also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly endorse the Moreno family for all HVAC requirements.

Came home from vacation and AC wasn't quite right. Called Moreno Heating and Cooling at 8:00 am Saturday morning. Albert arrived at 8:20 and had us fixed by 9:00! Very prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented! The cost to repair was better than expected for a weekend! Would recommend them for any AC needs. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Return my call and showed up promptly to the appointment, diagnosed the problem and gave us the solution for the repairs on the spot. The price was very reasonable.
