After repairing a leak in the line and adding freon, the unit is cooling down the best that it has been in two years. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Quality showed up on-time within the window I was given. The condensate line had clogged which prevented the system from running, it was quickly fixed and I was back in service before they left. tl;dr: Would recommend.

The main reason i went with Quality Service is bc they service the kings point community. I figured that they would have the best expertise in desling with the outdoor plumbing issue that i needed to have fix. They did not disappoint. From getting a quote and quick assessment of what needed to be repaired and how to the finished job it was a stress free experience. The service technician was very courteous and professional. After a quick diagnosis of the problem with my refrigerator, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Within one hour the repair was completed, and the refrigerator was operating as it should. He did a great job, you have a great technician there.

A/C went out this morning, not a drain blockage or float issue. Called at 12:30, repairman at my home by 1:20. Quickly diagnosed issue, made repair, cleaned coils & checked freon. Very fair price for service call and part. No hard sales or pressure. Professional. First time using Quality Complete, very pleased and will use again!

First visit went smooth but second visit with spare part was an unfortunate experience. Tech came - supposedly rang doorbell which I missed. No call no text so lucky you if you sit next to the front door. At least I got the piece # to order myself.

I needed servicing once again as my AC unit backs up in the drainage pipe (the way the builders set it up) and Quality took care of it right away. Never tries to upsell you which I appreciate.

They came out almost immediately after I called.They fixed the problem within minutes of getting here and the technician Sil was friendly and professional.

As always, Quality came thru for us in an emergency! When the temp inside the condo got up to 85 degrees, we knew it was time to call. Despite it being late Sunday evening, the repairman was here in 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and took steps to correct it. He came back after servicing the other callers who were ahead of us and by 10:00 pm, we were cool again! Great job Quality!!!
