These gentlemen came here one came right away turned everything off stop the water running and then another guy delivered the hot water heater to the house and then another guy was helping as well. I’ve never seen such a great team. Take out my water softener my hot water heater, reinstall the new hot water heater and then hook up the softener again turned everything on and checked it all out so quickly. Great job great team great job Vincent is the team leader Rodriguez. Thank you.

Really appreciated them coming out quickly with a few hours of the initial call. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it with a new part they carry on the truck. Efficient, fast service. Parts are also guaranteed for two years. Techs really know what they are doing. Thank you Victor!

My AC stop blowing cold, making inside temp 80 degrees. I had a maintenance agreement with another company. I called to schedule a service call, was told it would be a couple days for technician. I was told my service agreement covers the fee for a service call, it doesn’t provide expedited service. I called Quality, they had a technician out within an hour. The technician was amazing, getting my unit operational and providing clear details of what he did and what I can do if the issue happens again.
I cancelled my service agreement with other company. Will use Quality going forward, and look into getting service agreement through KPW.

Andrew and Robert are amazing! They worked so hard and long hours making sure our home was back to normal after the storms. They were so helpful and had the knowledge on the best solutions for what we needed. I would highly recommend them for any electrical job you need. Fast, efficient and fun to have at the home while they were working! I will only use them for future projects. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Robert and his son Andrew did a great job adding electric and plumbing to my new dock. Initially I thought it was expensive but after seeing the time spent and expertise needed to wire 2 lifts, lights, hose bibs and 2 GEM lift controllers I felt really lucky to have found RW electric.

I’ve always been apprehensive about getting an alarm system… I even used to sell systems door to door, but this system is everything I needed. The best part is having Mike take care of my home, he’s always there when I need help. 10/10

I paid 1,386.22 to Mr Electric and they took out my all 6 circuit breakers and put new ones in period. They charged me for a new panel and NEVER put one in. I reach out to them and they Never replied back. My next step is to take the invoice and myself to small claims court to get my money back. I’m so hurt knowing that they took advantage of a 72 year old Woman who is on disability. Shame on them

This is an excellent company to have service any of your electrical needs. From the moment of initial phone call (the representative reserving my appt was pleasant) to installation of services Mr. Electric delivered exceptional customer care. I had 3 fans installed. The company sends you a picture and name of the electrician that will service your installation before they arrive. Awesome to know who is showing up at your door. Trevor and Max were our electricians. They were punctual, introduced themselves, wore floor protectors when entering, provided options for installation and did a courtesy check on electrical in and outside of house. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Installed my fans within 2 hrs and cleaned up after. My husband and I were truly impressed (we do have electrical knowledge and chose to skip the DIY piece this time). Trevor and Max are an absolute positive asset to this company!!! Will specifically request them next time we have Mr. Electric perform future services (and we will!).

Daniel was amazing. I love that he did our consult and install because it made the process smoother. Daniel and his team were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks to them we now have beautiful lights in our yoga studio!

I made an appointment with Mr. Electric they were up front with fees and procedures. Our electrician was Jason who was very professional, he gave me a courtesy call with ETA and a picture of who the person that would be showing up to our property. In addition to my electrical issue Jason did a thorough job on checking the electrical system and also made some key recommendations on installing a surge protection for my home and HVAC system. I would definitely recommend Jason on current and future electrical jobs.

I needed a lot of work done on my older home and was so pleased to find out that Mr. Electric could do it all. From changing out outlets and installing new paddle switches throughout my home , to installing new light fixtures., surge protectors and even a new pool box, they did it all. Not only were you quite experienced and friendly and eased my anxiety about all that needed to be done but you didn't mind my kitties "supervising" what was done and the fact that my 3 wee ones were curious as well! And you did a great job cleaning up as you went along. I've never had an electrician take such care in removing debris and even vacuuming as they went! I would highly recommend Mr. Electric to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable electricians who provide such superior service.
