Trevor came to my home and fixed my fans and installed a surge protector. He had a great sense of humor and is very professional. Also wore shoe booties to protect my home after it was recently cleaned. Thank you so much for your service. Will be calling again if I need any further needs.

Mr Electric came out to my house and was absolutely wonderful. They kept me up to date on when my service professional was going to arrive when he dispatched out. Once he arrived he had on shoe covers and did a free electrical home safety check to make sure all of my smoke alarms were up to date and panel was in good condition. They gave me a fair price one the outlet I needed replaced outside. 10/10 would recommend this company.

After our HVAC was replaced 75% of our upstairs outlets stopped working. We spent a lot of time trouble shooting all the usual suspects. I called Mr. Electric and had them come out for a $50.00 service fee. The technician was nice but insisted on doing a whole house inspection "as a service" to us. Three hours later he came to me with a bill of $30,000 to fix "everything" all the way down to addressing the actual problem. During the inspection I really just wanted the problem addressed. I was offered all these tiers of what I could have repaired. He said all the upstairs outlets and light switches would have to be replaced. I couldn't believe it as we've only been in the house less than a year. The lowest package was $9,000. I asked to remove the light switches and it went down to $4,000. I called my neighbor's electrician and he was here for 20 mins and for less than two hundred dollars diagnosed and fixed the issue and we've had no issues since. If we weren't skeptics and if we didn't question everything we'd be out thousands of dollars and the problem would not have been fixed. Beware anyone who looks for an up-sale before they address the issue at hand. Again the technician was nice but very young and seemingly inexperienced. The electrician who fixed it, did so by looking deeper and focusing only on the problem I hired him for. He had the experience to try something outside the box and he was focused solely on the actual issue at hand. There was no service charge just the charge for an hour of his time. If I had done the service with this company the same day I would have received my $50.00 back and spent thousands. I would not recommend this company.

I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience with Mr. Electric. Brad came to give me the estimate for the project I wanted done. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and my options for pricing. I picked the package that fit the budget for my project and the install date was set.

Two day later, Brad and Toby arrived on time, provided me with what expect in the next few hours for the project and got to work. I honestly feel like I got VIP treatment based on how delicate and efficient they were. For context, I had a chandelier installed in my entryway.

I am heads over heads in love with my new chandelier! With no reservations, I’d highly recommend Mr. Electric, 10/10! Thanks Brad and Toby!! ❤️❤️

Although the electrician who came out was very nice, this company completely tried to gouge me. They actually wanted to charge me over $6k to hang a $350 chandelier! Ridiculous because I got three other quotes @ $900-1000. (Because I have high ceilings) However, they also tried to sneak in an $85 extra warranty fee BS that you would never know if you didn’t review quote carefully. To top it off, they sent me a coupon for their $50 quote visit but course- I couldn’t use it. None of the other quotes I got charged me! They will try to rip you off, be warned, do not use them if you want an honest quote that matches market pricing.

They were great. Brad helped me install a sauna in my garage. He was super easy to talk to and made it work great!

Wonderful customer services, prices weren’t bad, but any sort of deal countered other deals. I’m military and got a “10%” discount up to 50 bucks, I paid 2k for a service and still had to pay the fee to have someone call out because it was either the military discount or pay the fee to have some come out. Even when buying there warranty, saved money but was another counter for deals. Corporate is out to make money. My tech was awesome, but corporate doesn’t take care of their customers, just out to make money off clients.

We had Trevor and Toby come to our house as we had a confusing electrical issue that could have been a culprit in another problem we recently had with something else. These two worked great as a team to figure out the problem and were very respectful of everything in our home. They couldn't have been nicer and took the time to explain things to us for future reference etc- never acted like they were in a rush at any point. They cleaned up after themselves even though I offered to do it. It was getting late, and I wanted them to be able to get home to dinner with their families. Good Customer Service and Good Workers are hard to find these days, and I feel that Mr. Electric is lucky to have these Guys! I hope they realize that! Should we need an electrician again- we will def call Mr. Electric- And Request Trevor and Toby.

So I can't say enough great things about these two guys that came to fix the power in my catio, Shawn and Rod. The power went out on Christmas day and they came out, trouble shot the issue, put in a new breaker, and added new outlets. They were so professional and very informative. They helped me decide the best way to fix my issue so it will never happen again. If I ever have any other issues, I will need Shawn and Rod! ❤ Thanks guys!!!!

Absolutely impressed with the professionalism and work quality. I had an unusual request for them to install a light above my pool table without stepping foot into it. They made it happen and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

Let’s be honest - when you go online to request an electrician, plumber, or handyman, you cross your fingers and just hope you get a winner. In this case, I hit the lottery with their quality of service.

Trevor was my electrician and did an amazing job explained everything to me and My Husband as many times as we needed him to was very calm with my special-needs child and my dog. I’ll definitely be coming back because of how professional he was today.

Brad was our service tech and did an amazing job on our home. We had outlets go out after Milton and had a consult with Brad. He was very optimistic that he would fix the issue and was up front on what he anticipated the cost to be. We scheduled for him to return to do the repairs and he did not stop until he found the faulty outlet and replaced it. We are so happy with our overall experience and service

I called Mr. Electric, Land O Lakes, to install a new electrical outlet… Marvin and Logan showed up on time and got the job done. Also while they were here, Tropical Storm Idalia was headed to Tampa and my location in a wesley Chapel so I thought it best to add a home surge protector. Marvin and Logan did both jobs, the new outlet, and the surge protector, effortlessly. They left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived!! No fuss, no muss…I’ll most definitely call Me. Trevor their service electrician was superb.
The company has a spectacular tracking system that allows you to see exactly where the technician is coming from and how long it will take him to arrive so you are ready. Trevor checked our different issues, shared possible critical causes but after further investigation confirmed the cause was something simple, not critical and gave us the options we had for us to decide. It seemed very honest and sincere in all the process. Definitely recommend them and would use them again.

From my first communication with Mr. Electric they were highly responsive and professional. I needed electric rewired for my disposal in order to comply with the code but it became more complicated and turned into a two visit process but their technician Eric identified the issues and explained it to me clearly so I understood what needed to happen and they made sure to prioritize getting it fixed correctly. Their phone rep Samantha was very thorough in taking notes and they also do a great job of using text to communicate when they are going to arrive to complete the work and also found them very willing to accommodate my schedule. Definitely a very positive experience with this company
