Had a positive experience using Mr Electric after calling 2 other companies. Setting up my time was super easy, they called me letting me know the tech was on his way and even had tracking. Trevor was my tech who installed my interlock kit and power surge boxes, he was very friendly & helpful and made sure I understood things clearly. Definitely will use Mr Electric again if I have any issues and would recommend to a friend!

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are excellent at what they do and so fun to be around. They do great work and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Pete from Mr Electric was absolutely fantastic. We had a bad circuit breaker and couple of other items to tend to. We had already been considering surge protection so nice we had such at our previous residence. While doing the circuit breaker he saw how the builder had not mounted the box properly. He showed me and addressed it as well. Very happy with the work.

Pete was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly!!! He saved me hundreds of dollars by quickly diagnosing my issue as an appliance problem rather than an electrical problem. Will definitely be rebooking for future electrical needs.

Pete from Mr. Electric was amazing. He work was pristine, including our EV outlet, and he anticipated our future needs to protect the from surge issues. They will always be our choice for electrical needs.

I have worked with Pete in the past and he did an excellent job. I requested him today to install an interlock panel for a portable generator. Pete is very personable, professional, goes above and beyond what is required and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend him as a real asset to the company and as the kind of guy you want for a best friend. Pete showed me a variety of options then we tested the system after completion to be sure I knew how to work it before a hurricane comes. Thank You Pete and thank you Mr. Electric.

Trevor came very quickly after I called, did an extremely thorough safety inspection and worked all day to fix my myriad of issues. And all with a smile and a super professional manner. I could not have asked for better!

I was quoted $21K which was robbery. When i questioned it they lowered the price to $15K which is ridiculous. I found an independent electrician who is doing the job for $2,500. Stay away from these big service companies and find a family owned or independent company.

I had a tight schedule and so glad they came and took care of everything in a very timely manner. It was a good value for the price and they were efficient and clean. Trevor & Max were very kind, patient and professional…plus they let this woman rattle on and on. LOL.

We are new to Sun City Center. We called Mr Electric and were amazed to find an electrician that will show up in one day. Tyler was amazing. First he did an inspection and left us with recommendations for the future. Then he got to the task. We needed a ceiling fan installed on our sloped ceiling with a bad junction box . He replaced the box with a new one and installed our fan. It wasn't an easy job, he took his time, completed the job, cleaned up, and took away the trash! 😀😀 Before and after pictures.

Do NOT USE!! They are totally incompetent and will lie to steal your hard earned money. First, they made up some fairytale about how all the outlets in my 5 year old house need to be replaced for $5,000. Even if that needed to happen, anyone could do that with $200 in outlets and a screwdriver. Then when I told them I didn’t want to do that, this is how they left the main breaker box, outside, in Florida, during the rainy season. I would give zero stars if I could.

Max came back out to our home and installed the new permanent LED lights on the front side of our house. Him and his team Tyler and Toby helped him with the installation and our new custom cabinet LED lights. We were extremely happy with the service. Max always provides great benefit and peace of mind to our electrical system every time he's here. Thank you once again to Max and his team.

Easy to book an appointment online and when the time didn’t work out I got an immediate callback with a time that worked for me. (I wish I’d written down the scheduler’s name.) Max and Kyle came for the inspection of our electric (including the attic) and to discuss what we wanted done. We were given several options depending on how much we wanted done and the price point we wanted to pay. They were ready to start that day but we opted for another time. Max and Marcus finished the installations within a day, installed dedicated fuses for the outlets outside and installed a surge protector for the entire house. Love that we can have holiday lights without tripping a breaker or anything else. So happy to have them complete our projects.

From start to finish Daniel with estimates and Tony doing the work they provided more than 5 star service. Both are highly knowledgeable in their craft and will explain and answer your questions to help get a better understanding of the advantages of having an Inter Lock vs Transfer Switch. Highly recommended Mr. Electric you get what you pay for!!!

10/10 recommend using Mr. Electric of Riverview. Trevor was our tech that came out to help with the doorbell not working. He was very professional. He fixed the issue very quickly and did a thorough inspection of the entire house. I really appreciate him helping out. Will use in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Mr. Electric. Toni was awesome with my smoke detectors, outdoor electrical outlets and arranging for my electrical panel to be changed out the same day. Matt did a great job installing a new electrical panel for me, he rewired my doorbell and installed a new smart switch that needed to be changed out. Matt and Pete came back to check two outlets and change one out. There was no wait time involved and the second trip was covered under warranty. This is an excellent company, reasonably priced with excellent reviews. This company is reliable and has knowledgeable, friendly, and professional electricians working for them.
