Love Harrison Hardy! All of their staff are friendly, professional, on time, and fix issues the first time.
We own 14 properties and will only use Harrison Hardy for our HVAC needs.

I cannot say enough about this amazing company. A/C technicians are highly knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient. My 2 units have run to optimum capacity since utilizing the twice a year cleaning and maintenance. You cannot put a prize tag on peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company.

Buyer beware. I called Harrison Handy AC to come out to my property to do a routine check as we just purchased the house. Harrison said that the freon was low but had no idea why. He went ahead and topped off the freon before he told me it was $400 for the service and got my ok. I went ahead and paid him on the spot as it was done and figured I had no idea when or if the freon had ever been addressed. Now less than 3 months later the AC is not cooling well. Called Harrison to come out where Adam identified that the freon is low. When I asked what they would do as I have just paid $400 for freon they said that because I had declined a leak inspection, I had never done any such thing, they would be doing nothing besides offering the $150 leak detection services and then additional service to add back more freon on. Cutting my losses with the $150 visit fee, maintenance plan I already paid for $375 and freon that has now gone away. I’m not the person who looks to save $150 by spending $400 as they stared I declining the leak detection and was checked of on the invoice. Wonder who checked it off. Reminder to always tell some one coming to your house to do nothing unless you approve it and get it all in writing.

Service Technician Adam was very professional and pleasant. The issue was identified and defective part replaced quickly. The office staff were also professional and pleasant when scheduling the service call.

David arrived right on time and fixed the dryer vent problem in twenty minutes. He was professional, friendly, and very fast.
