The customer service 10/10. They were considerate of times that fit my schedule. Respectful and understanding also knowledgeable from first call to end of service. Reasonable priced for a older system maintenance. I personally recommend this company. Bonus points for the gentleman for being sweet to my furbabies.

Adam explained things very well to me. He was very professional courteous playing. Made sure my short floors didn’t get all wet with all the rain and everything.

My husband and I are so grateful that a technician was sent to us the same day we called the office. Adam arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about our issue and had our unit fixed within an hour. He was a such a polite and pleasant young man. We will definitely be using Harrison Hardy again. Also the receptionist who answered our called was also very lovely and helpful.

Very professional and polite installers. I do wish though that the pipe insulation would have been replaced out at condenser, thought that would have been done with new unit.

We have an old house built in the 1800s and have needed professionals to help us configure our air handlers and duct work to work best for our needs. Rob has made sure to communicate clearly, efficiently problem solve any issues that arise, and service our system in a timely manner. We have been with this company since we bought the house and we have no plans to leave.

Our a/c went out on Saturday morning, the day of a big birthday party at out house. We were stressing, but their tech response was immediate and helpful. Everyone managed to stay cool and they wound having to replace the older unit with a more efficient one. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone that wants an honest and ethical HVAC company.

Harrison Hardy sent their technician came to my home for literally 2 minutes, the service didn't lift one finger, I
asked one question. They charged $135. I understand this is a service call minimum. But, is there a check up, just make sure? The bottom line is, this is a greedy small business. They charge you what ever they like.

Hardy Harrison AC is always top-notch and first to call in my book. Customer service is on point and the technicians are superb especially Rob and Andrew who not only diagnosed my problem quickly and efficiently, they explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand and offered the appropriate solutions without intimidation. Harrison Hardy is awesome. Adam came out today to do our semi-annual inspection and tune-up. He was great. Professional, communicative and friendly. We got our HVAC system from them 3 years ago. Installation was perfect and it runs like a champ. I highly recommend these guys.

Very pleased with the team from Harrison Hardy. I received reminders about my semi-annual checkup via text and email, including the name of the technician who was assigned to my job. Marvin showed up on time, was very professional, took care of everything and was done within the hour.

When my air conditioning unit was no longer functional, Harrison Hardy Inc came that same day to give me an estimate of what type of new system was needed, and what the cost would be. I was so impressed with their representative, and with the installation crew they sent to set up the new system. Their staff was so polite, and they worked so quietly and so diligently and finished the job in less than a day. They answered all my questions and gave me confidence in their skills. I recommend them with no reservation. Their price was fair and the new system is working perfectly. As a retired teacher, I grade their company and staff with an A+!

Harrison and his team are amazing. They’re almost always able to make it out the same day when we are having an issue. So many AC companies will try to push you to purchase an entire new system, and I really appreciate that Harrison does not. Our system is over 10 years old and Harrison and his team have been able to get us by with maintenance. Professional, timely, trustworthy. Always!

Despite our unit being older, Adam did not push a new system and was able to efficiently diagnose and fix the problem. Each employee we worked with was kind and professional.
