We initially used them to do an HVAC inspection for the home we purchased a few months ago and since then we’ve used them to install a new ductless AC unit in our bonus room and an exhaust fan in our guest bathroom. In addition, we used them when the heat in our home went out during the most recent cold snap and they were there the same day.

Everyone we’ve encountered with this company has displayed incredible professionalism. After each job they left our property clean and made sure to answer our questions fully before leaving. They come when they say they are coming and even send a text letting you know who is coming and when they are en route, which I really appreciate. Each time we called, they came out either the same day or the next day. We are completely satisfied with the work they have done for us and highly recommend them.

We have been pleased with Harrison and his company from the day of installation and the ongoing service we get. Rob is our usual tech and he treats us right! He’s very thorough checking everything inside and out. We appreciate the quality of work we get for the price we pay.

I can’t say enough good things about the team that handled our recent air conditioning duct install. From start to finish, they were absolute pros. They showed up on time and treated our home with respect even with having a newborn!

What really impressed me was how clean and efficient the job was—no mess left behind, and the system was up and running perfectly the same day!! Mind you we are in the month of July and it’s really hot in the attic!

Rob was great! It was the usual nightmare August on a Saturday AC breakdown situation. He was there an hour after the call and fixed the problem. Of course it came with a doubled price tag, but that's not his fault. He was the best lifesaver ever.

Bi-annual check up today 6/3/25. As usual, All good service. I Have used Harrison Hardy Inc. since I purchased my home seven years ago. Have had duct replacement and regular maintenance over those years. And 2 years ago I had my 15 year old unit replaced. I recommend them wholeheartedly. All of their technicians have been great.
