The work was done well and timely but the person being trained actually put his dirty shoe on top of my black material kitchen bar stool to tie his shoe! Left me a big dirty footprint. Rude!

Have used RCarr for years and they've been great. 2nd house now...this last visit was no less than superb service.
Unfortunately it was for a Sunday emergency and the tech was great. The bill also, not terrible. Truly. Thank you!!

Someone should probably educate their workers that being aggressive on the road is unacceptable let alone in a company vehicle. I was merging onto US 19 and there was a gap for me to merge into, your driver purposely sped up to not allow me in with no room behind him with a line of cars. When I was still able to get over he sped up inches from my bumper and began to flip me off only to have to get over into the exit lane anyhow because he had to exit. You're driving something that can be easily turned into a weapon that you can lose control of all for your pride.. Let's show a little more kindness on the road.

I have always had very good experiences with R. Carr over the past decade or so. Last time I called an "emergency plumber" on a Sunday and it was not totally not worth it....I will always wait until these guys are available from now on!

Great service and great people. Repair was done quickly and done the right way (the sink hadn't been installed properly and he corrected several things). And the price was reasonable. Plus, the repairman was very friendly, polite and completely cleaned up.

Mixed experience. Technicians were competent and polite. The initial problem was solved. When issue returned, management presented barriers to resolving the matter. Customer wants to hear potential solutions and answers, not what can’t be done. Ended up going elsewhere for a resolution.

One of your drivers that was just on East Bay, is a safety hazard and has no regard for other people's safety on the road. He rode up on our vehicle and almost couldn't stop at the light. He then got around us, and continued to ride and dangerously merge with limited room with the rest of the vehicles in our area. Driving extremely aggressively. We tried to call the office because he almost stuck us from behind and two other vehicles a couple mins later. No one in the office picked up and we were forever on hold. Will not ever be using your business.

They installed 2 toilets fo me. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, clean . Not only did he carry away the old toilets but also the boxes they came in. Very reasonably priced . I give them a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing services

I've been overwhelmingly impressed with their service and professionalism since 2005. The last service was a minor emergency as my water heater started leaking. Now, I have a new water heater. Keep up the good work.

We used them for installing a toilet and pedestal sink and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Price is reasonable, the 2 guys that were sent out were both great (I only remember Justin by name, however). Will be using them again for any plumbing issues that come up.

We had a plumbing emergency with a cut in the water hose to my parent's washing machine and the team at R Carr saved the day--and the floor and walls. They were able to send Justin out quickly and he did an excellent job of stopping, resolving & helping to clean up the problem. He also made sure that my parents were able to use their washer without a problem. I cannot thank you all enough for going above and beyond to help us!

My house was built in 1955 & it is a wonderful time capsule. My lovely teal & pink bathroom sinks were rusty so I diligently looked online for replacements. It took me 2 years to find the teal & 3 for the pink. Their parts guy found appropriate hardware & they were both installed beautifully. I love this company!

I had a copper line that was damaged on our outside water spicket. It was kinked inside our concrete wall to our master bedroom. It was spewing water inside the concrete wall and the water was seeping inside our bathroom wall and wetting our carpet. John from R Carr responded quickly and repaired the problem immediately. The quality of his work was exceptional, but he was also very courteous and friendly. In short, it was a great experience for my wife and I and the cost of the job was very reasonable. I highly recommend R Carr Plumbing.
