I had a plumbing emergency and called Jones & Sons. Not only did they come out quickly, but the technician was professional, explained everything that he was doing, showed me what the problem was, and quoted me a reasonable estimate to fix it. The repairs were quick, and he cleaned up after himself fully. Highly recommend and will be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future

James was professional, and very detailed. He went "above and beyond with his explanations". His work in the end will make my remodel much faster. I would recommend for all plumbing needs.

Will is amazing! He is courteous, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He was the only plumber out of 3 that was able to provide me a plan that made sense that my flooding issue would hopefully not happen again. I highly recommend him.

“Uncle” James was amazing! Showed up right on time after I made an emergency last minute call for a water main leak at our home. He worked super hard all while being entertaining. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the peace of mind that it was done well and no more leak.

James replaced a hose bib and the main water valve. He thoroughly explained and quickly made the repairs. Additionally, he saved us a very expensive repair by thoroughly investigating our project. He explained why it would not be necessary. The office is easy to work with and very prompt.

We have always used Jones. Gets here fast, fixes your stuff and doesn't gouge you. Justin was my tech today and he was friendly, efficient and just wonderful. Answered all my questions.

We were having our plumbing system inspected to determine if we needed to replace anything. That's when we discovered that the supply lines had sprung a few leaks.
We were able to schedule service right away. Ron and Dave worked efficiently and cleaned after they were done.
This was a complete replacement of supply and drain lines that took 5 days, but now we know we are set for a long time.

Jones & Sons were great to work with! They showed up when they said they would, were reasonable and fixed my problem quickly. I definitely will use them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

I had a leak behind my tub faucet and called Jones and Sons Plumbing. Since it only leaked when in use and we had another tub available, it wasn’t an emergency, but they still had someone out the very next day. Justin came out and was efficient, professional, and very transparent about everything. Pricing was great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

I’ve used this company several times now, most recently to replace the main water shut-off valve for my house, and they are fantastic. Their online scheduling system makes booking an appointment super easy, the office staff is always friendly and helpful, and every plumber who has come out has been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The work is always high quality and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very honest place. Prompt and courteous service. Easy appointment set up plus there was an attentive phone rep. Ron, the technician who was scheduled arrived early which was surprising to me. He was extremely knowledgable about his craft and figured out the route of the problem quickly. He also kept me informed as he inspected the system and went beyond what I expected from a typicl first time customer experience. I had a clogged toilet and shower. They were able to get a technician sooner than they had originally thought. He (Will P.) was very courteous, explained everything that needed to be done and even checked out all my other drains. I was very impressed with the service I received and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Called 5 plumbers on a mobile home sewage leak. Everyone was several days out. Jones and Sons had Uncle James out here within an hour. He fixed the issue within a few hours. Was very professional and very personable. Would highly recommend

He was so professional, explaining everything he was doing, and showing me where the shut-off was for the house in case of another plumbing incident in the future.
