Needed to have a kitchen sink faucet and hot water shut off valve replaced. Had excellent customer service when I called. Set appt in 2 day. Ronnie was our technician. He was awesome! Came in assessed what needed to be done and told us the cost. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job, cleaned up and left us with a beautiful working faucet! Gave us a calendar, couple of business cards and pens! Great Experience!👍

What can I say , Will our tech was fantastic. Answering all questions,very professional, polite. Explained what he was doing and solved a problem or two. Would highly recommend Jones and Jones Plumbing from the great experience we had from Will. Definitely call them again.

Jones & Sons always does a great job. I called them yesterday to snake a drain and "Uncle James" arrived at 8am today. Uncle James was fast, clean, and professional. He explained everything and the situation was quickly resolved.

Will was amazing. He treated our home with respect and transparent about some of the hidden issues while hooking up new plumbing during our remodel. They were very fair with pricing and worked until the issues were resolved.

I called Jones & Son’s Plumbing early this morning because my sink was clogged. They came and left before noon and we are clog free. Justin was so friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t lie when he said clogs were his specialty. Price was great and I know the clog will never come back. Thanks Jennifer Jimenez for sending Justin out so quick. You were so nice and communicated with me by text all along the way.

Mr. Uncle James is just a great guy. Very knowledgeable, very honest and straightforward about what's going on. And one of the best parts even though you know you're going to pay a Big Bill somehow he always makes it feel like it's nothing. And Jones and Sons Plumbing as a whole is just amazing they've helped out quite a bit. Ever need any kind of Plumbing from something small to something large they will help out.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and Will from Jones & Sons. I called the company because I wanted a second estimate. My parents referred me to them because they were happy with their work and service, as well. Michelle got me an appointment within 24 hours (Thankfully, since I had two bad leaks). She was very polite and courteous. Will arrived at 9 am (8-10 window). He diagnosed my issues very quickly and proposed two solutions. While the Jones & Sons estimate was higher than the estimate from a larger company by several hundred dollars (the only negative), I felt confident in Will and how he wanted to approach the issues. I chose Jones over a major market competitor who came in with a better price because of the technician-- quality service and trust always wins! He did a quality job and I would ask for him again if, and when, I need a plumber.

Aldrich responded quickly, and despite the assignment taking longer and requiring more labor than expected, he finished it effectively at the initial sum agreed upon. My heater is now operational. With regards, Plumbers Safety Harbor.

I had a great experience working with Safety Harbor Plumbing Services. Caleb the plumber was sent out, and he was polite and effective. The task's completion cost was far lower than what I had estimated. Yes, I plan to use them once more.

I have used this company 2 other times to have a sink installed and a water heater installed... when I discovered a slow leak in my toilet I called them for non emergency service which was scheduled a week later... I’m sorry but can’t recall the man’s name that came out but in the end I just decided to get a new toilet... we had a conversation about the type and color of the new one... the next day a different service person showed up and had the wrong color toilet... I asked him to please call the service person from the day before and he did... a new toilet arrive and it was the wrong color... finally on the 3rd try we got it right... however, the service guy did not hook the toilet up... the flapper or fill the tank... then told me he didn’t have the right shade of grout to put around the base.. left it ungrouted..he was very professional but I felt like it was such a big deal to get the shade bone when if you look up their color example.. it’s right there... not everyone wants white... so I must say the service was less than this time and all because of lack of communication.
