Wish we had a fence to review! After 10 weeks of excuses as to why they couldn’t show up to install our fence it seems Kevins Fence has taken our $2,651 deposit and run off with it! Worst experience ever. Absolutely do not use this company.

I tried to get an estimate for a fence… they said they would send someone to my house.. no show - when I called the next day “oh we forgot sorry we will come out I’m local” no show part 2 and the final ringer was the girl
Pocket dialing me and they never called or showed up!! Lots of reviews about unreliable and not good to work with!! DONT DO IT!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company claims to provide "professional service" -- which apparently means that they do not return phone calls or make any attempt to resolve customer service issues. I have been trying for MONTHS now to get them to close a permit which they left open on my property. The few times I was able to reach someone by phone, I was given excuses and told that they would take care of it and let me know as soon as it was done. None of that has happened, despite my continued follow-up calls and emails. Shameful behavior.

Great experience with Kevin and his guys, got price they started within a week. Tore out and replace 180ft of fencing in 1 day. Cleaned up. Good job. Worked there arses off.

Excellent work! They made the sections of fence by hand before putting it up. You cannot find any fence made of that quality in any Lowes or Home Depot. The young men worked diligently and were very trustworthy. We highly reccomend them!!

I called and had an estimate done the next day. Stacey was on time and was a very pleasant person to talk to. We ended up doing with pvc to finish closing our property in. Took a little time to get tan pvc put in, but the guys came out and my fence was finished in one day. Even though they ended up having to clear a little of the tree branches. I love my fence! Thank you

Hired them to partially replace a vinyl fence blown away during Hurricane Michael. Postholes were there, they replaced sections/gates but tore up 2 sprinkler heads and damaged underground pipe WITHOUT TELLING ME. Told them problem, forwarded my repair bill. They said they would take care of it 3 weeks ago and the check was mailed. They lied. Overpaid them which is the norm here in Panama City and they couldn't make it right and let go $125 on a $3200 job. AVOID.

I wanted to wait until the job was complete...finally...before posting a review. This is the worst company I've ever worked with. I can't believe they are in business. Never once did they show up when they said they were going to. Numerous times they said they were loading up the truck and would be here shortly and NEVER showed up. Then when they did finally install the fence every single area that was bolted down had an issue. To look at the installation was unbelievable how shotty their work was: loose fittings, stripped fittings, damaged paint. They finally came out and fixed everything but I am sure it is because they weren't paid in full yet. I pointed out one area where it looked like they couldn't get the bolt all the way in so they hammered it down, bent the bolt over, and scratched paint off of the fence base. The solution that was offered, "we can paint it black so you don't notice it." And I was told it's common for aluminum fences to get scratched. Excuse me, damage a brand new fence and paint over your mistake, unbelievable!!!!!!!! I expressed my anger and frustration and they replaced (not painted) what was damaged. I am thankful everything finally got fixed but would never recommend this company to anyone. It was a painful and long process that I am glad is over. Also, we failed inspection the first time due to loose bolts. We'll see if it passes.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They took a 50% down payment 4 months ago at which time they told us our fence was going to be installed in 4 WEEKS. We are now 12 WEEKS past that expected installation date. Stacey told us on numerous occasions over the past 6 weeks that she will just refund our deposit. I told her I would come to her office to pick up a check and she continued to say she would come by our house to deliver it. That has still not happened and she has not responded to any communication for the past 4 weeks. One of her last text message responses to my request for a refund was "I can't give you what I don't have, I will be at your house Monday when we have checks deposited." That text took place 4 Monday's ago and we have no fence and no refund. If Stacey attempts to deny any of these facts in a reply to my comments, I would suggest taking a drive to their address listed on their website before doing business with them. It is very apparent there is no business operations taking place at their office/storage yard.

The quality and service I have received from day one has been awful. They never showed up on time, the work was done incorrectly and I have had issued with my two gates. They have come out to adjust the gates multiple times and they still don't work. After a year, one of the fences started leaning. They said they would be out to fix it. Over a month had gone by and the fence never got fixed. Then hurricane Ian came thru and blew it down. Come to find out that they didn't dig the posts into the ground the required depth. Only 1' if that. It happened to be over part of my septic drain field but they only said they couldn't put my gate in that location. I have been waiting to have the fence repaired, but at this point I think they are 'ghosting me' and won't come out at all to fix the fence.

Stacey and Kevin were fantastic! I’m very happy with the work they did on our fence!! They were prompt and did exactly what they said they pull do.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Shoddy workmanship combined with rude, arrogant employees and owners. The employees are rude as documented in my review of 2 years ago...they are the owners kids. As you can see from the response they are made of excuses. I made the same complaints weeks after the fence was installed. I didn't know a fence was supposed to only last weeks. The original lasted 20 years and still looked better than the Kevin''s Fence job.

Danilo, Nick, Jefferson and their crew were first class and did a great job. If you are looking for quality work and affordable price, please call them. Highly recommend this company and they will be doing other work for me in the future.

Black Diamond is not only a great company because of their good quality and work, but also because how professional their staff is. They were always available, answered all my questions and guided us into picking the right pavers for my patio. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great paver company in Orlando.

Dan, Jeff and team did a great job on our patio/lanai and fire place area! Great quality work and very easy to work with. Dan had great recommendations and was always responsive. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects!

We chose Black Diamond Hardscape to replace our old and badly cracked concrete driveway with pavers. We are extremely happy with the finished work! Dan helped us pick the right Belgard pavers for our installation and then worked around the frequent rains to get the work finished in a single day. The crew added pavers in our utility area as well that went beyond our expectations. The finished look is very high end. We will definitely contact Black Diamond Hardscape again when we have other work needed like sidewalks or our pool deck. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Dan, Jefferson, and their team did a wonderful job building a backyard paver patio for us - including the install of french drains and professionally redo-ing the brick walkway we built years ago. The price was very reasonable and they were able to handle the job without any issues. Highly recommend them!

After considering 3 options we decided to go with Black Diamond. We were impressed with their knowledge, advise, and time spent with us even before we signed. Were they too good to be true? Did we make the right decision? Would we be sorry? This was a big deal for us! It included our house, a curved sidewalk, an entranceway, plus my mom's property and I was nervous. Ends up they WERE too good to be true! Not only did they install everything perfectly, they were ahead of schedule! They helped us from the very start when we needed guidance on a curved area, and help picking the right color. They continuously monitored everything, checked in with us about everything, and designed 2 tricky areas beyond our expectations. They followed up the next day and came by to make sure the next day's rain didn't wash out any sand. Their attention to detail was obvious and the finished product is a beautiful dream come true. I only have one regret - that we didn't do this years ago! I owe much thanks to Danilo, Nick, and Jefferson for treating us so kindly and professionally. I would trust them with any project.

This is the 2nd time that we have used Black Diamond for a home upgrade. They were able to provide us with a quote, order materials, submit permits, and complete the installation without flaw. The results transformed our home and increased it's value. It looks amazing!
