Constraction reviews in Sanford, Florida

I do not have enough words to praise Dan and his family and team. They understand customer service. They respect their offer. They are genuine and open and truly caring. They will ensure that the individuals who work for them are all incredibly professional and hard working! They don’t stop till the job is done. I would work with this company again anytime!!!

Great experience working with Dan and Jefferson at Black Diamond Hardscapes. Very accommodating and quality workmanship. Hardest working crews in the business. They went the extra mile to meet our requirements and they exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

If Google had a 10 star rating, these guys would have earned it. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of spectacular.

Every step of the way, from initial measurements, to material selection through final installation, Danilo, Jefferson and Nick were there to answer any questions we had and assist as needed. In a time where contractors seem to have forgotten what customer service is, Black Diamond sets the bar.

The actual installation was performed in a timely and professional manner, and the end product is gorgeous. We could not be happier with our paver patio and deck area.

If you are searching for a hardscape contractor, whether it be a 500 or 5000+ sq ft job, give Black Diamond a call. You will not regret it.

Danilo, Jefferson, and Nick are incredibly professional, hardworking, and kind. Black diamond jumped through hoops to complete my project within a certain timeline. Not only did they make it happen on time, but they exceeded expectations. They continuously communicated, kept me at ease with the permitting process, and created a wonderful outdoor space for my family to enjoy. Look no further for your hardscape needs. These are truly some of the nicest guys around!

We were so happy with Black Diamond Hardscapes that when we were ready to redo our back yard patio area, we called them back again! We are so pleased with the work they did for us! We absolutely love it! You can’t go wrong with this company! Thank you Nick, Danilo & Jefferson. You guys are amazing!

Original post 11/2019:
We recently hired Black Diamond Hardscape to redo our driveway and front porch area. We are so happy that we chose them versus the other two companies we spoke with. Black Diamond Hardscape not only finished the work on time (even with some last minute changes we asked for), the quality of the work is truly exceptional. We are thrilled with their work and professionalism. Danilo kept us informed every step of the way and suggested some fabulous options that we’re so glad we decided to go with. Jefferson was there, working hard everyday and working with his crew to make sure everything went according to our vision. Nick, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and boy are we! We highly recommend them for any paver or yard job you have!

I have used different hardscape companies in the past, and none compare to the high level of craftsmanship and service provided by Dan and Jeff from Black Diamond. From start to finish they help guide you through the process, take feedback well, and get the job completed exactly how they promise. I will be using them for all of my future projects.

Danilo and Jefferson of Black Diamond Hardscapes are the best. From start to finish they and their crew were polite, clean, hardworking, and very flexible. We contacted them out of the blue for one project and loved the work and the friendliness of these guys so we went all in on our driveway and walkways. Our house looks amazing and the neighbors all want these guys to do their jobs too! These guys accommodated every single request we asked of them and more! You will not be disappointed with BDH and their crew!

This company is the epitome of customer service! From the estimate to the finished product, truly kind, responsive and professional. The job took a couple days and there was great attention to detail, ensuring the work flow was seamless and the placement of my driveway/walkway was exactly what I requested (though I have to say, Jefferson went above and beyond). The vision I had of how I wanted the driveway and walkway to look was not as good as the way Jefferson and his team made it, it was so much better!!! I'd recommend Black Diamond Hardscape to any and every one. Thank you guys, all of you!! I couldn't be happier!!

Dan and his team did an amazing job. Throughout the process he answered any and all questions I had, clearly communicated the timeline, and I am beyond pleased with their work. I’ve referred him to both friends and family, and have already reached back out to him for additional work I’m considering getting done.

I can’t recommend Black Diamond Hardscape enough. From start to finish, Danilo and his team offered the highest level of service, competitive rates, and creative insight.

My husband and I contracted the Black Diamond Hardscape team to help replace an old deck on a recently purchased home. We seriously weighed up the costs on pursuing another wooden deck vs. a paved patio, but in the end recognized the sustainability pavers over wood, particularly in Florida! As our home is raised, we recognized we needed some elevation elements, but we had a particular budget in mind that we wanted to work with.

We sought out quotes from multiple companies across Orlando, and I can wholeheartedly say nowhere deserved our business more than the Black Diamond team. From the first moment they stepped on our property they were brimming with ideas and excitement for the project, something that we didn’t see from any other company that we invited estimates from.

Danilo maintained exceptional communication with us as he awaited the delivery of materials and executed the patio installation exactly on deadline.

This team are truly artists at their craft, capable of working against tight deadlines with extreme detail and precision. Their service, skills and creativity truly surpassed my expectations and I already have a dream list of other projects I can’t wait to work with the Black Diamond Crew on.

True artists. I never imagined the end result would bring tears to my wife's eyes. I recommend Black Diamond to anyone who has the privilege of living close enough to have them build your dream.

Jefferson & his crew did a great job on my paver driveway and walkway, they run a tight ship, and deliver as expected. Excellent work and highly recommended.

Danilo and his brother and all the workers from Black Diamond did an amazing work with our pavers! Here we are almost a year later the pavers still look like new, also they installed landscaping lights which they look gorgeous at nighttime! We are about to do some other projects with them again that's how great they are with their job and the quality is top notch! I highly recommend Black Diamond to anyone!

I had 3 other companies give me quotes for pavers around my pool and while Black Diamond Hardscape wasn’t the cheapest they were by far the most professional and left me with confidence to move forward. Dan and Jefferson were both amazing, always on time and the crew was respectful and hard working. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone. I feel like we are not customers but friends.

Dan and his team were incredible. From start to finish I couldnt be happier. High end quality work and I would reccomend this company to anyone. Truly best in the business.

The team at Black Diamond hardscapes took on a paved walkway project in our backyard. The end result has transformed the space and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Danilo, Jefferson, and their team did a great job building a retaining wall to level my backyard and making it more useable! Fair warning, before construction actually starts they can be a bit slow to respond. Just be patient. Once the project broke ground, they were extremely fast in responding and answering any questions or concerns that I had.

I'll definitely be using them again once I start the next phase of my outdoor projects.

Black Diamond Hardscape is what we envisioned a company should be.
They are responsive and experts in all aspects of the business.
Our experience with them was fantastic from the start of the job to the end result. The best part about working with them, was that they were very understanding and conscientious through the entire project.
Their greatest strength is communication. We never felt rushed or “just a number” They communicated with us every step of the way and went beyond professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with them. Outstanding work!

We highly recommend Black Diamond Hardscape. They did a fantastic job on our paver project - worthy of 5 Stars! They were able to schedule us sooner than expected and then completed the job in a timely manner - with great results. Thank you!

Danilo is a compassionate person who helped us out with very little notice! There prices are very reasonable, his crew did a wonderful job, and the customer service was amazing! Thank you! :)

Absolutely the best. So far, they done for me two beautiful patios, a retention wall, and a pergola.
My next project for sure will be a fire pit, a Jacuzzi and another pergola. And there is no one that I wanted to do the job for me than the guys from Black Dimond.
