We've had Rhonda as our cleaner the past few weeks. She's done a good job, especially with our kids' toys. Sometimes there are spots missed, but it's rare and understandable. Overall happy with our experience.

I called last minute to have an apartment cleaned post move out. I was able to request services quickly. Very professional! I was really amazed they were able to clean the oven in the time they had. I was really pleased with that! Very pleased with the service.

I have used Merry Maids for more than 1 1/2 years and I am always delighted with their work. Highly recommend them to ease the burden of housekeeping. I have Julie and occasionally Kim and love their work and attention to detail. The office seems very organized, pleasant and responsive. I also had Victoria arrange to have my carpets shampooed and they did a great job for a reasonable cost to me.

Yesterday I had Merry Maids clean the grout on my ceramic tile throughout our house; kitchen, family room, hallways and bathrooms. Very pleasant man did an amazing job, restoring life to the old tiles. Price seemed very reasonable.

Merry Maids was a delight to work with every step of the process. Everyone I spoke to on the phone from scheduling to planning to payment was great, and the team member who did our cleaning was kind and professional and did a phenomenal job. I could not be happier!

My mother in law hired this company to deep clean the RV my wife and I live in it’s a small space so we paid for 3 hours of deep cleaning while I sat outside with our dogs. The maid cleaned one of the bathrooms then ran the vacuum for 4 hours doing nothing because the one carpet in the entire rv wasn’t vacuumed. She didn’t even do the shower or the other bathroom. By hour 4 she asked me if I wanted her to do dishes before she left, I however needed to get back to my wife who was in labor at the hospital so I said no. I made the mistake of not going over her work since after I said no to the dishes she packed up her things as quickly as she could and left. She hadn’t dusted she didn’t clean the windows or the microwave or the floors. It honestly looked like she hadn’t touched anything other than the first bathroom. When we called to discuss this with the owner, her maid (Kathleen) told her that I told her not to clean anything… so I wouldn’t hire this company if you actually need any cleaning done where you won’t be closely supervising the cleaner they send. Even though you pay them to come clean and they should be able to manage themselves that is not the case. The owner won’t admit she’s hired dud maids and the maids will blame you for not supervising them. You will end up being blamed for your space not being cleaned after 4 hours of a vacuum running and your maid probably scrolling through their phone because you aren’t watching their every move.

Everything looked great except my master bathtub, which did not get cleaned. The shelf over it still has soot from a candle and neither inside nor the tile around it.

Wow! Lisette did our move out clean and the place looks fantastic. Such a huge relief to not have to worry about our apartment being clean after packing. Great communication and loved the fact you can track the progress of the cleaning job. Our apartment looks even better than when we first moved in.

I started a cleaning service for my home about 2 years ago. I wanted to have more time with my family, but still have a home cleaned at an affordable price. I have been through a few cleaners that were good, the company listened to my feedback and always tried to find a solution for me. That was important. They paired me with Sharon, and when I say she exceeded my expectations and MORE… I mean it. She truly cares about what she does and you can see it in her work. My house is cluttered with clothes and no storage area so it's hard to get a good clean. I also don't like that I have someone different every week

We scheduled a deep cleaning+closet organization with Mercedes and my partner and I were amazed with the attention to detail when we came back home! I never had real problems with the women the cleaning of my house. They all did a good job.

I signed up for weekly cleaning services with Merry Maids. The first cleaning was supposed to be a detailed cleaning. It was satisfactory. But, definitely not detailed. When I later decided to cancel, I gave more than 48 hours’ notice before my next scheduled cleaning, as outlined in the agreement I signed.

However, I was surprised when they tried to charge me a $200 cancellation fee, claiming I had to give 30 days’ notice—something that was never mentioned in the service agreement. The only cancellation policy I agreed to referenced a $50 fee for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, which did not apply in my case.

I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and the attempt to enforce fees that were never part of the original agreement. If you use their services, I recommend getting every policy and charge in writing to avoid surprises.

WeUsed Merry Maids for the first time, yesterday, and my wife and I could not be happier… The primary person who cleaned our house was named Gabby, who had great attention to detail, excellent, hard worker, and exceeded our expectations… Truly excellent work and now we are proud to have people over and brag about their good work. she will be coming every other week, which should be just perfect for us… They also listened to our needs as we did not want any strong, smelling cleansers or deodorizer as my wife’s very sensitive, to strong smells and they were happy to oblige with something that was perfect… Great job, AND. I thought the price was more than reasonable…. Thank you for your excellent service

Housekeeper arrived on time and went systematically through the house. I have two rooms that cannot be entered to clean at this time. She does a great job in the kitchen ad in the two bathrooms.

First time using Merry Maids, and I’m impressed! Punctual, detailed, and that special finishing touch made all the difference. Amazing job—can’t wait for the next visit!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I paid a large amount of money for far less than quality service. The person cleaning did not complete the job as discussed, they didn’t even bend over to pick up paper, a battery, small pieces to a game, or a straw in an empty apartment for a move out clean/detailed that I paid for. The person I spoke with when I called to explain all that had happened said they would refund a partial amount and the person would be retrained but never refunded anything. They offered to send someone back but couldn’t make it before the keys to the apartment had to be handed in to move out. Walls were supposed to be washed and weren’t, doors/frames were to be cleaned and weren’t, floor in kitchen wasn’t swept or mopped, laundry room left undone, there were surfaces that weren’t even wiped off. Absolutely horrible experience with cleaning and no honesty when it came to what was supposed to be down and refunds that were promised.
