Merry Maids is extremely customer service oriented, they constantly check to make sure the client is satisfied every week. I also love the text message alerts that they send showing the cleaning crew is on the way and an estimated arrival time. Highly Recommend.

Sharron arrived on-time, and got right to work. Incredibly friendly and professional. I gave her minimal guidance, and with her level of expertise she knew exactly what needed to happen. She was also mindful of my pets and showed care for their wellbeing sure the entire process.

Seeing that this was my first time having this type of service I didn't know was to expect, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I look forward to inviting the Merry Maids team back into my home in the near future for more service.

Used the company for many years, over the last year the quality went down. Spoke with their office multiple times to get this resolved, but nothing changed. Last person coming into my home broke a piece of art and then hung it back up without saying a word. Gave company another chance, next visit my home hadn't been cleaned. No vacuuming had happened, mirrors not cleaned, beds half made. They did not provide the service paid for decided not to refund the money, do not do business with any company that commits fraud like this one.

It is a full fabrication that you have reached out to me after I tried to get a refund. I was told someone would have called me back and yet no one did, but it didn't matter because I would never let a company back into my home that has so little morals that they think it is okay to charge someone for services not rendered, there by doing a little thing called fraud. I filed a BBB report and the company responded to them with more lies. Indicating things like how their employee didn't know they broke something in my home. A full blown lie when said broken object had its pieces put back like it had always been broken. Then lied to the BBB again by saying they charged me because they cleaned my home, they did not. No vacuming, no cleaning of mirrors, no making of beds, nothing was done. My review: Do not do business with this company unless you are okay with them stealing from you.

Great experience top to bottom, we’re very pleased. The agent who took my initial call was pleasant, knowledgeable and very organized. She got us on the schedule 2 days after our first call. We’re renting a house and it was not cleaned at all before moving in, we were very unhappy with the state of the home when we arrived. Carmen showed up on time and worked so hard for 5-6 hours straight. We couldn’t get her to take a break, she just kept pushing on, we were amazed. The house looks awesome, started smelling nice after an hour and even the baseboards look great. We can tell this home hasn’t been properly cleaned for quite some time and she scrubbed new life into it without a doubt. We look forward to seeing her again in another week!

The team was very pleasant and efficient. They performed everything I had asked. I liked the way they worked together generally one or two rooms at a time allowing me more flexibility in the rest of the house. I give them five stars out of five. The price was fair.

Had a good experience. Mixed feelings honestly. Booked the all-day deep clean based on square feet, but my mom helped me clean beforehand so it wasn’t really a deep clean needed after all. Ladies were super sweet. Upon arrival they asked me what I wanted them to focus on. (I thought everything on the list was included in the deep clean, but it was a honest and fair question.) I let them know the bathrooms, baseboards and floors needed the most attention and dusting everywhere else. First let me say they did a phenomenal job on my glass shower enclosures! I am blown away. They got years of hard water build up off and I’m so so happy about that! They really took their time in my bathrooms, master bedroom and oldest daughters room which I appreciated. And they got the hard water build up off my granite countertops by my faucets! That was great! But they forgot to clean my kids bathroom tub. Actually, there was a powder left in the tub so I think she let it sit, and then forgot to rinse or scrub. And there were a LOT of normal regular dusting things they forgot to do. They didn’t dust half of my Florida room down which was my large gym equipment. Nothing crazy at all, but I had to take a swifter duster to them after they left. My baseboards were quickly dusted but not wiped down like I needed. I just dusted them myself prior to them coming except they did so in my bathrooms. The last room for them to clean was the living room/dining combo and they forgot to dust basically everything in that room altogether. I think they got tired and we’re just kind of “over it” or just weren’t good at remembering what was or wasn’t already cleaned. They didn’t touch my large mirror, tv or tv stand, large (and only bookshelf), blinds, and they didn’t vacuum my dining table upholstery chairs. Probably just a miscommunication between the two awesome ladies that had different responsibilities, but that left a bad taste in my mouth since they were so good everywhere else. Especially for the expensive “deep clean” we paid for. $700+ is no joke. They did asked me to let them know if they forgot anything- as they were already out on my front porch!- but I didn’t even get a chance or think I needed to go room to room behind their back. I just saw the mirror hadn’t been done from where I was standing and had to ask them to clean it. Once it was quickly and not well cleaned, they were gone. I didn’t even see they forgot all the regular dusting until they were in the car. I thought that was strange. They had a list of things they were supposed to do and included, but now I have to micromanage and try to remember off the top of my head what was included and what wasn’t? I shouldn’t have to double check their work- they should before they tell me they are done. I will get regular cleaning moving forward to help keep my large home clean, but won’t book this type of service again. And probably not with this company again seeing as they forgot so many small things on a deep clean. I’m really not very picky and felt let down. I’m not one to cause a scene and didn’t want to call management or anything. They were very pleasant and went above on some things, and forgot a lot of regular small things that really did add up.

Sharon did an amazing job. She cleaned our place beautifully and she has a great disposition. She’s just lovely.

Connie and Diana did an exceptional job on my home for my deep clean. They moved every little thing and cleaned under it, around it, above, and below! My home was sparkling when they finished. They were very professional and courteous. I look forward to my weekly clean from the team. Thank you.

Hired to clean my apartment before I move in. I'm too busy to clean it myself, but too much of a clean freak to move into a new place without making sure it’s properly cleaned and sanitized. Everything was cleaned nearly perfectly, but they did miss a few crucial spots. I still tipped well, and left a 4 star review, and just listed the stuff that was missed. I was just gonna take it for what it was. But not a few minutes later, they called and scheduled to have my place cleaned again first thing in the morning, with a supervisor, no charge. I was shocked. Anytime I need a place cleaned quickly and properly, I’m calling Merry Maids. Special thanks to Sharon and Gigi for ensuring I was taken care of and received the services I paid for!

I have been using MerryMaids for some time. I have been very impressed with everyone who has worked in our home, but lately we have had the same person. We love working with Elizabeth. She and everyone else who has been here are excellent.

I've been using Merry Maids for about 9 months and they do a great job! I love that I get he same person "Kate" to clean my house. Kate does a great job cleaning and my home smells so fresh when she is finished!

I've used Merry Maids for over a year now, and can say that they have excellent customer service! They are prompt, trust worthy, hard working, consistently clean without damaging my home, and are reasonably priced.
It's been easy to talk with the owner (Sylvia) to change my service schedule so I didn't have to worry about my travel schedule, and could keep my house clean.

We opted for a very comprehensive cleaning after my wife had some serious surgery. I have to say from beginning to end Merry Maids was just outstanding. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We were getting ready to host a big party at our house and called to schedule a cleaning. Scheduling was quick and easy. The day of the cleaning, the sweet ladies from Merry Maids showed up right on time and went straight to work after discussing my priorities with them. Each of the women were very kind and hard working. They cleaned our house from top to bottom and when they left, the house smelled and looked incredible! I am so happy I called; having help with cleaning let me focus on party prepping and even gave me some much needed time to simply relax before the big day! Thanks so much! Merry Maids have been serving me for about 2 plus years for now. Once I found the right cleaning lady for me, Kim has been nothing but wonderful with my home. She treats it with respect when she comes in. When ever I need a last minute favor, she always gets it done! I am someone who works full time with a full-time family and does not have the time to clean very often. But with Merry Maids they do a wonderful job and always are communicating and helpful. I am very thankful for them after they do a wonderful job.

Was gifted a service to clean before my baby was born. Scheduling was a bit tricky to mail down at first but they were flexible given the circumstance and cleaning person was super. Friendly and professional and we are very happy with everything she cleaned. Wish I could fit this in my budget on a regular basis but grateful for the gift it was. Timely and helpful with a 5yr old and newborn.
