Being in real estate sales it's so important to have a quality, trustworthy floor cleaning company to call on. I've worked with Chem Clean for years, and can't say enough about their service, pricing and prompt communication. I know when I refer Chem Clean they will take excellent care of my clients' needs- whether carpet, tile/grout or furniture cleaning. Worn, stained carpet looks brand new! Brian Edlund or his son Eric have been cleaning my carpets for at least 15 years. They always do a great job cleaning and removing stains for a reasonable price while leave my house smelling fresh and clean. I would and have recommended Chem Clean to anyone.

Chem Clean did an incredible job cleaning our carpets and tile in a new home we purchased that had been neglected for a long time. They look brand new now! The grout was black and they restored it to its original color. Great guys and very reasonable pricing, good communication and easy scheduling. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone with floor cleaning needs

Brian and his team is awesome! We had Eric come promptly on time to get the carpets and grout on the kitchen tiles cleaned. He wore a mask which was awesome, super friendly and detailed. I can’t rave enough about my experience I literally called and was able to be schedule just 2 days after. Brian was flexible with time and not to mention very affordable pricing! We have officially found our new go too!

Brian did amazing cleaning our townhome. I had to reschedule one day and he was quick to respond and get me on the schedule for a new day. He was very thorough and made sure to really take his time with our couch. I am 7 months pregnant and the product used did not have an overwhelming smell or cause any irritation to other senses. I am super appreciative how he noticed one of our stair steps had carpet starting to come detached and fixed it for us. Thank you Brian!!!

I can't give enough accolades to this company who worked me in on short notice, and still took so much care to clean all my carpeting and area rugs. I really can’t recommend Chem Clean enough. After two hurricanes, and a burst pipe in my apartment building, my property manager got in contact with them and I’m so glad they did. Update (April 8, 2026): Today we were very fortunate to have Kiara and Christina come to our home from The Cleaning Authority/Seminole County. They did such a beautiful clean on our home. Everything is dust-free, polished, and spotless. We have nine foot ceilings and all the trim up high was dusted, cobwebs removed, and fans cleaned. The often forgotten and annoying-to-clean window shutters were dusted, too. Our bathrooms are "sqeaky" and our kitchen, as well. They both did a wonderful job for us and we are most appreciative for their hard work. If we could give Kiara and Christina 6 STARS we would! THANKS SO MUCH!

(Older review) We have been using the Cleaning Authority of Seminole County for two to three years now. We are very pleased with their cleaning services. Today, Team II did a great job cleaning our home. It was very thorough - right down to cleaning our toaster!! Today's team was Imilse, Nohir, and Tucinel. (I sincerely apologize for any mistakes in spelling - hard to read the handwriting.) They were very personable and friendly, and so easy to work with. Great team!!
