I tried so many companies before which was either pricy or didn't do a great job. Im so glad i found this company. This was the best decision i made. They are very professional and take their time to get the job done. The prices are also very fair. So what more can you ask for a great job and fair price. Finally!!!!

My review is just based on customer service with this company. I have not hired a professional carpet cleaning company before so needless to say I had questions about the service and pricing. The guy was clear that I was bothering him and wasting his time because as he said he’s too busy with serious customers. The guy was rude and it’s probably an indicator of how he treats customers. I definitely would not recommend this company unless you’re serious. Like real serious.

From the initial setting of the appointment all the way through the cleaning, the customer service is better than any other carpet cleaning company I've ever used(and I've used plenty!)
I will be DEFINITELY be using them again.

Oh, and this is the first time in all of the years I've had my carpets cleaned where I was quoted a low price to get into the door and then tack on another few hundred dollars. The price quoted was the real price.

Had a 'bubble form' in a hallway carpet. The previous cleaning company told us they were not able to do the repair. Eric from Chem Clean came by the day after I called and did a quick and professional job in taking care of this repair. We are very pleased!

I had just gotten out of the hospital after having surgery on my foot and needed my bedroom carpet cleaned to prevent possible infections. I called Brian and he came out immediately...did a great job and at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

My carpet hasn't been this clean since I first moved in 4 years ago. Brian had good service. He made it painless and came next-day. I will be a continued client. He pre-vacuumed 4 areas and took his time to assure all stains were removed. I really didnt expect these stains to disappear, especially because they've been there for so long. Prices are reasonable, he took good care of me.

Brian was super clutch. I had to get the carpets cleaned before moving out and he was able to get there the same day. Very fair price, great customer service, and he even went out of his way to take care of the smell from my dog that lingered in the carpet. 10/10 would recommend.
