They took advantage of me asking for firewood... I asked them to leave some of the 3 trees I had removed... they forgot, so a week or so later, they sent a picture to my mother and asked if they could leave this new pile of wood at my house... it was a cell phone picture which you could not deceiver the size of the pieces... my mother said yes... now I am stuck with a huge amount of wood (an entire tree worth of wood) that can't be cut with a chain saw... you would need heavy duty machinery (that i don't own) to cut this wood. I have asked everyone I know to come take wood, they did. I am still stuck with HUGE, UNMANAGEABLE pieces of wood. I have asked numerous times for them to come pick it up & offered to PAY!!! It's been months now, they have not picked up the wood, they quit answering my phone calls & they took advantage of a traveling Healthcare worker by using my house as a free DUMP!!!

I called them to grind a stump told them I was available on Friday they said no problem they had One of their guys actually two of there guys came over on Friday I should say today and got it done.
Also I may add the gentleman seen I was digging a hole for a new Palm tree and he offered to bore a hole for me thank you very much I appreciated it .

I had 3 trees removed and stumps ground down. Mike S. came out and did an estimate on Friday. And the trees were gone on Monday. Super pleased with their professionalism they left the property looking fresh!! I am so very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend!!!!

They remove two stumps at my property. However, I had to chase them to get the job done, even though they still have left many roots in my yard. And on top of it I never received my invoice and left three voice mails and sent several messages., and still don't have it. Having a good communication is extremely difficult with this company, and the job was not the best.

Ray’s came by to trim 5 different Palms trees today. Very friendly and excellent service. The trees look amazing and they did great cleanup afterwards. Very informative as well. I am definitely a permanent future customer.

Very happy with the tree removal and stump grinding. I had 3 large trees removed along with some trimming/grinding and the crew was done and cleaned up within 2 hours.

Wally and his crew were excellent. I had two huge oak trees removed which required a crane. A large portion of one of the trees hung across a neighbor’s yard which was of concern to me. Ray’s Tree Service did an excellent job removing the trees and stump grinding.
