This was my first time with Sanibel Air and I am amazed at the service, knowledge and professionalism! Cory was a top-of-the-line technician. I had previously run into some pretty shady characters and Cory was like a breath of fresh air...

I have had Sanibel air here twice so far and both times I had incredible service and end results! The owner, his daughter, the electricians (yes they do electric) and the a/c gentleman did what they said they'd do (above and beyond, they even cleaned up after themselves). I highly recommend this co!!!!

The team of Andrew, Jamie and Logan showed up at my house early and got right to work. They were professional and courteous, they worked well together and did an amazing job installing my new mini-split. I would highly recommend Sanibel Air and Electric to anyone. Thanks Bryan 👍🏼

Technicians Andrew and Logan showed up on time and got right to work. They had all the materials they need to complete our job. Before they left our home, they picked up the cloths that were used to protect our floors and furnishings and swept up remaining debris. Very courteous and efficient! We call Sanibel Air and Electric for all our AC and electrical service.

5 stars aren’t enough! We panicked when our AC broke in July!! Sanibel Air was able to get to us the very same day. Our technician went above and beyond to find the problem and get it fixed immediately.(Even though that meant staying after 5 pm in sweltering heat)
He cleaned up so well after he was done, and it was like nothing had happened. I absolutely recommend them for AC and electrical work - as they re-wired our entire home as well. Happy Customer of 10+ years🤗

I have used Sanibel Air and Electric for my home multiple times over the last 12 years. I have had all of my ductwork replaced and a new system installed. They left my property spotless and the crew was super nice. We also used them for multiple electrical projects at our business locations. Again, on time and great service. I would highly recommend.

We've used Sanibel AC and Electric for years for both services. They're always a pleasure (which is not the norm for service providers). Family owned so we always know what and who we are getting. Most importantly they are honest. They're always where they say they're going to be when they say they'll be there and all of their techs over the years have been knowledgeable and trustworthy. Nice to have an A/C company (especially in SWFL) that we can always count on. Todd, Bryan and Lauren are also always wonderful to deal with. Bravo to a long standing family owned provider in our community for knowing what matters. Continuously impressed!

I had an issue with one of my air conditioning units and I called Sanibel Air, as I have a maintenance service contract with them. They called me back first thing in the morning, sent someone out that afternoon (Corey). He was on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly and the rooms were cooling asap! He also went the extra mile to flush the drain line with high pressure nitrogen so the problem wouldn’t re-occur ! Very professional! I highly recommend Sanibel air!

The Sanibel Air and Electric team did a great job replacing all of the duct work through the entire house, the unit and the handler. It was a full 2 day+ job and the team of 6 showed up on time, with a plan and worked efficiently to get it all done as quickly as possible. They were organized and neat and went to great lengths to minimize the inevitable mess that comes with such a big job. The crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend using Sanibel Air and Electric for your AC and electric needs.

Can't say enough good things about working with a truly local company, Bryan and Lauren are a pleasure to work with. Get on their maintenance plan and they'll take great care of you!

Dealing with Sanibel Air reminds you of the value of working with a local family owned company. We were not previously a customer and when we developed a safety issue, I started calling around. Every electrician was booked solid but Brian (president) made time to come out and assess the problem. He juggled things around to arrange a temporary fix and then sent people out ASAP to arrange a permanent fix. Everyone was pleasant, polite and professional. We are now moving our A/C service to them and plan to be long term customers.

Sanibel Air always shows up - Always! Rhonda, in the office and on the phone just makes things happen. She is incredible at making it seem as though I am the only customer she has to deal with every time I call or email. Whomever arrives at my home is knowledgable, efficient and never leaves a trail behind. I am a big fan!

I have been a customer of this great locally-owned company for two decades, and now they’ve brought my house back to life with new wiring and HVAC systems after Hurricane Ian’s devastating storm surge. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and professional, service is timely, prices are competitive, and they stand by their work. The high standards set by Bryan and Todd are obviously shared by their technicians and support staff, and all are personable and caring. What a refreshing break from today’s world of automated phone systems and no-show company reps. I highly recommend Sanibel Air and Electric!

I'm just a handy guy with a pregnant wife at home trying to get my ac to work properly while trying to scratch together and save our pennies since we cannot afford having a company come out and fix it. My condensor fan failed.
Having years of working out on the island I know Sanibel Air sometimes has a pile of old/used/trashed units in their field. So I called them to ask for permission to salvage a motor from one of those units.
Sierra answered and was very nice and directed me to the proper person to speak to which was July. I asked my question to July and she very sternly said "no" I asked "even though their just being thrown away? To be honest-" Before I can finish what I was saying I was cut off with "It doesn't matter, we don't do that"
I understand Sanibel Air, or July, wouldn't want someone to get hurt in their field removing a motor out of one of their trashed units. That is the only reason I can think of because Id like to think it's not due to greed of wanting to sell me a brand new motor and having a tech come out and install it.

I called another local company, asked the same question and they let me finish talking. They said "sure, come in the morning so you're not alone out back, I don't mind if it's something thatll help you"
Glad some people still have the Christian values this country was built upon.

Repairing our first floor condo after Hurricane Ian was a challenging process, but one thing that was completely seamless and stress free was working with Sanibel Air & Electric to install our new ceiling fans; new light fixtures; install a bathroom light and change a fan to a new switch; and place dimmer switches on all of our electric. Our electricians Rigo and Beymar were amazing - professional, caring, great craftsmanship, and too pride in their work. The condo looked livable again! We even were able to deliver our fans and light fixtures directly to Sanibel Air & Electric since we live out of town.... what a wonderful service to know the materials arrived safely. I highly recommend Sanibel Air & Electric - great value for the work! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to them for all they do to restore the lights!

The guys arrived on time and laid out drop cloths to protect the floors. They did the installation quickly and with no fuss. Found a connector that also needed to be replaced and did that as well. They tested the unit, showed us how everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. Left us very satisfied.
