Reviews of local pros in Sanibel, Florida

Great job. Very familiar with residential plumbing.
Also, he leaves the job site cleaner than he found it

Tim did a fine job at a price less than most plumbers. Lives on Sanibel which is a big plus if you are a resident of Sanibel. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I no longer have to wonder if the plumber is competent and will do the work at a fair price. Walker plumbing is my go to plumber on Sanibel. Look no further.

Tim Walker is a professional plumber with decades of experience. He is a perfectionist, neat, and clean. The best part is, he lives on the island and can be trusted with your keys!

Called them to fix a running toilet. They arrived our of the blue without notification randomly, left our bathroom a complete mess, broke our water shut off and left saying we should get it checked out without telling us the full story. When realized we had no water pressure anywhere in the house, I called them and requested they come fix the problem which they refused to do unless we paid them $300. Both people that came to the house were fairly incapable of communication.

Toilet Repair - Called them on Saturday at 8:00 am ; Kyle #2 arrived at 9:00 am ; and he was finished at 10:00 am. Great service , great work. We are definitely calling them again.

Very responsive. Highest quality work. They clean up after their work is completed.
What they charged seemed low to me. Never said that about a plumber before.
Tim is my plumber on Sanibel!!
Wendy, in the office, is outstanding at keeping you up-to-date on when the work can be done and if there are any delays. I'd rather know than be left to guess. Thank you.

Arrived promptly, changed 14 old shutoff valves and several supply lines in two hours... amazing! Thorough, knowledgeable - provided excellent advice without trying to oversell. We wanted our old valves and supply lines replaced to prevent a disaster like happened to our neighbor. Walker did an excellent job. They have done two previous jobs for us, including one emergency. They are our plumber on Sanibel forever!

Kyle replaced our old water heater today and did a very thorough job. He’s a perfectionist and was willing to go over and above what you’d expect. He made sure the space was all put back together neatly and that every detail was correct. Walker Plumbing is professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Called Sunday to leave a message about our non-emergency toilet issue. Timothy Walker contacted me first thing Monday & had a guy here mid-morning. Kyle fixed the previous contractor’s shoddy work the correct way in about an hour & had us going again (pun intended).
Happy to have found a quality service provider I can rely upon in the future.

Island Breeze is professional and knowledgeable about the systems they install. I hands down recommend them.

Very professional. Showed up at the time promised and had my AC running again in less than 1 hour. Very reasonable . I would definitely recommend them.

Frank was GREAT, especially considering how busy everyone was after hurricanes Helene & Milton
