We recently brought in Island Home Service for a landscape upgrade in our HOA community, and I have to say they really knocked it out of the park. The board couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The design process was super easy and collaborative, and they really listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Marcos and his crew worked hard every single day you could tell they cared about the quality of the job and took pride in the details. The finished product looks clean, fresh, and really elevated the whole entrance area. We’ve had multiple residents stop and compliment the improvement already. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company that’s professional, responsive, and does top-notch work.

Working with Chip and Jurgen at Island Home Service was an excellent experience. They helped our condo association with a landscape enhancement at the front of the property, and the results completely transformed the entrance. Chip guided us through design ideas, Jurgen made sure everything went smoothly as the owner, and the whole project was handled with care and professionalism. Island Home Service did an amazing job on our landscaping project (design consultation, irrigation system and material selection/ installation). We could not be more pleased with Juergen Schreyer and his crews. From the initial consultation through the installation, Jurgen was professional, trustworthy and his crews were reliable. His crews genuinely cared about the project and the quality of their work. They completed the project on time, within budget and at a fair price.

Colton met with me on site and took the time to walk the entire property, pointing out what truly needed attention first and what could be phased over time. He clearly explained how their phasing plans work and walked through the pros and cons of recommendations I had received from other landscapers. Best company to work with on the island for all of your exterior yard needs. Every single person I've come in contact with is professional and truly cares as if I was their own lawn. One person that really sticks out is Edgar Mena on the irrigation team. He took our old 12 zone sprinkler system and adjusted it so that every plant and inch of grass gets the proper water and even wired up my potted plants to ensure they have water too. The extra side we played and the mulch all look so great and you just can't beat the price or service

We recently purchased a home on Sanibel. It required attention for dry rot and a related structural problem that had developed as a result of a water leak. I have worked with many contractors in the past. Mike McGinn was great. He knows what is required for this environment and clearly detailed what it would take to fix the problem. He and his team were on time, very personable and would explain the repair as it progressed. They kept the job site clean and I am very satisfied with the repair. McGinn and Lazar construction company is the best construction company that we have worked with here on Sanibel. Dependable, punctual, professional, and on budget, they are everything that we need our Contractor to be. They oversaw a complete remodel of our master bathroom with walk-in closet as well as pantry and upstairs bathroom. The results are exquisite. The workmanship is exceptional. Great attention to detail. They spent all the time necessary to take care of the final touches. We are thrilled with the finished product.
