Highly recommend! Geovanni Castillo and his team. They worked hard, they worked on schedule, and they worked to a very high standard. They took a yard that had 30 years of overgrowth and made it into a superbly designed and landscaped horseshoe driveway. Look at the before and after pictures and you will see why are so satisfied.

Highly Recommended. Gheovanni showed up to provided us a quote the same day and less than 18 hours later, the job was completed. His team was very thorough, accurate, and took great care of my in-laws even with the pending Hurricane Idalia approaching later that evening.

Mr. Castillo and his crew did an outstanding job trimming a tall oak tree on our front yard. They were prompt, courteous, careful and were in constant communication to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. Mr. Castillo gave me the best estimate to get the job done!

Had an estimate today. They came back that day and were able to trim our huge oak back while clearing out another space. Wonderful experience and job well done. We will absolutely use them in the future. We have had many tree companies in the 15years we have lived here.

We recently hired Castillo Tree & Lawn Service for a large landscaping project and tree planting at our condominium community, and we could not be more pleased with the results.

Their pricing was very fair, and they were always prompt in responding to our questions. The crew was hardworking, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The project lasted about two weeks, and every single evening they left the site in pristine condition — completely cleaned and organized.

They started on time and actually completed the project in less than two weeks. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish.

I’ve used James and his team for annual palm trimmings, large tree removal, and a huge stump removal that a previous tree service wouldn’t touch. They are fair, dependable and efficient. I highly recommend.

We had some trees trimmed that were very hard to get to. They brought in a crane and trimmed them all very well. Amazing work for a tough job! All of them were very pleasant and professional! Nice guys and they cleaned up well too. Reasonably priced, definitely recommend!

I am really impressed how professionally and quickly they trimmed my trees. After removing a tree they completely cleaned up and disposed of it. They were on time, efficient and friendly. The team from Royal Palm did an excellent job of cutting down a huge tree. They arrived early, finished in two hours, and cleaned and removed all stumps. We are very pleased with their work. We highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had the positive experience that some folks here have. My experience was more like a gentleman further down in the reviews named Pete, in fact it almost mirrors his complaint. I received a flyer in my mailbox in the North Port area.On Friday the 6th of September, I called and spoke to a woman who said that she would have someone out by Monday the 9th if not sooner, to give me an estimate. Heard nothing so on Friday the 13th I called back and left a voicemail asking what happened and to please call me back. By Monday I still had not heard back and called again. She apologized and said that my text probably got lost or buried and she asked me to resend photos of the tree I needed trimmed which I did and she said I would have an estimate by the end of day Monday. It is now Wednesday evening and after 2 more texts to them with no response . I’m done! Not a great way to run a business. I always give great reviews for great service, and as a local guide, I feel I need to warn people about the customer service this company provided to it sounds like not only me.

Very rude people . i work for an overnight transport medical company bringing people to the hospital er and they pull up right behind you and block you in and can’t get your patients and they don’t care . I ask the guy nicely to backup to give us room to do our jobs and his response was we have a job to do not at 1am you don’t and blocking ems to get into the ambulance bay not a care in the world mind you this at 1am they are doing this and the hospital staff were not happy about it and they called them pyscho for doing this and waking up patients . Utterly ridiculous do it during dayside. Medical transport trumps tree trimming at 1 in the morning

All the guys did a great job from beginning to end. Dominic stopped by on time and followed through with quotes and job completion dates. Seth and Jacob did a great job as crew leaders and ensured the job was done to my satisfaction before departing. They also paid attention to the details I requested before the job started. Just last week, a large limb on a laurel oak tree, located on the property directly across the street from me, split and fell, just barely missing the house next door. The owners acted quickly and found that the entire tree had to be removed. The very next day a team from Royal Palm arrived to tackle the project.

We happened to be home and had the privilege to watch these young men do an incredibly tough, dangerous job requiring a high degree of skill given the size of the tree (50-60 ft) and its location between two homes. Based on a literal all-day observation of their work ethic, their skill sets, their teamwork, their efficiency, and the overall high quality of the job they performed, I plan to call this company should I ever require such services and would highly recommend them. Truly impressive work.

Royal Palm left a flier in my mailbox saying they were working in the area and were available to trim our trees. I responded and Dominic, the manager, came round and gave me a quote which I accepted. He said the work would be done the following week. The work wasn't done, so I phoned, There was no apology or explanation for their non-appearance but Dominic relayed a message that the crew would be here the following Thursday. The crew never appeared. So, not only did Royal Palm not deliver on their commitment, they didn't even have the courtesy to call and to say his crew would not be coming as scheduled. Not the kind of company I want to do business with.

How can anyone possibly want to use a company that does not keep to their commitment (and yes, I too received a flyer in my mail)!? I was put off twice, and the second time they didn't even bother to call. When I did reach someone by phone, I was told, once again, if they could reschedule for the following day. My firm answer was NO! I do not do business with a company that has so much disrespect for their customer's time.

Absolutely amazing experience with these guys!!! We have three properties in Sarasota with lots of trees that need trimming and maintenance. Such hard workers and kind and respectful as well! The quality was over the top and no other company comes close to their value. Definitely always using them in the future!! Thank you Dominic and Joe and the rest of the crew!! 10 stars 🌟
