You and your trees definitely get the Royal treatment by this company. The assigned crew of Paul, Logan, and Brad worked tirelessly and professionally to trim 22 of my palm trees and remove an Oak limb hanging over my driveway. The grounds were swept and the debris was hauled away. I definitely will use Royal Palm again and request the great team of PLB! Way to go guys!

Came out to trim my palm trees and bushes. In the process their equipment damaged my driveway. I took a picture of the damage and sent to the owner. He assured me he would be out to look at the damage and do what was needed to make it right. Never heard back from him and he never came out to my house to review the damage. Several calls made to the office and talked with Summer. No one has ever gotten back to me. I have corresponded with the owner Dominic.

Wow, these guys work quick. Great prices and very professional. Had 2 Washingtonian palms taken down I believe in an hour. Highly recommend.

This is the 1st time we’ve used Royal Palm Tree Services and yesterday I got a very good quote from Chad and today Tyler and his crew showed up right on time and removed 5 big dead pines, loaded up all the wood and cleaned up all the debris and took it with them, tomorrow is stump grinding day. I would highly recommend them, price was good and the work they did was great…thank you guys

Can’t speak highly enough about Tyler and his crew of guys!!! They were perfect! Very respectful and cleaned up our yard beautifully!!! We are so impressed with this company 100%!!! Got an estimate the first week of Feb 2026. The guy said I would get the estimate in writing via email along with a schedule for the work to be done. A week has passed and I have not received anything from this business. It's not like their email went to my spam folder and I missed it! Plus they have my phone number! I guess they are not serious about doing business! BTW Royal Palm, what's the point of filling out your online form for a "free estimate" when all you do is email a reply asking that I call you!

We found these beautiful Madagascar Palm trees. Royal Palm was able to get here the next day on very short notice . Jon did a wonderful job wrapping the trees so there would be no damage. He guided that little but very mighty tractor to the forever homes of our trees. Wonderful experience. Thank you Dominic and Jon

Great work by Seth and Nikko and their crew, and the salesperson Chad was nice too! The price seems fair, and the work was thorough with good cleanup. I was concerned about a huge live oak with roots above ground after a hurricane, and they trimmed it so it feels more stable. They did all of the other oaks, palms, and pines on the property too.

Troyer’s crews trimmed 8 palms, two oaks, and removed another palm from my property. They were efficient and very respectful. They cleaned up the site and left it better looking than it was prior to their arrival. The owner, Brian was quick to respond and had excellent communication. Yeah. It takes a long time to get Troyer to come out and trim your trees. Book early if you need them. Troyer is awesome. Unlike many of these fly-by night tree trimmers complete with their own aluminum ladder, Troyer has their own bucket for the tall trees and haul away vehicle for the debris. We'll use them once or twice a year for the trimming. Great!

Troyer tree service gets a 100% positive rating for me.
I called them last week to get a tree trimming estimate. Their estimator, Brian, came out the next day.
He was very knowledgeable about trimming, and gave me an estimate that was considerably lower than the first company I checked with.
I booked the appointment for yesterday at 10. The crew of 3 men arrived just before 10.
Their trimming efforts were wonderful, and the cleanup was thorough.

I think Troyer is the best tree service. They are very professional. They have all the appropriate safety equipment, saws, chipper, etc. They arrive on time and clean up after themselves. The crew is very nice and they have a foreman that makes sure that all is safe. They are not afraid to do the tree’s that are sitting above your roof. I’ve used them twice. Once, for that very oak tree that hung over my home. This time I used them for some other oaks. Again, professional and safe. I will only use them. Paying customer. Valid review.

Troyer Tree Service did an exceptional job removing 3 trees and grinding the stumps. 2 of the trees were located near our next-door neighbor's house. The experienced, knowledgable, Troyer workers were very careful when cutting down those trees. It was interesting to see how they accomplished the task, working as a team. Brian, the person who who originally came out and gave us the quote for the project, was on site the day the work began to make sure the crew understood what needed to be done. The owner, Diego, also showed up several times to provide his expertise. I actually saw Diego cutting some of the branches with a chain saw. When they were done removing the trees and grinding the stumps, they did a great job cleaning up the area. The whole crew was nice to work with.
