Troyer Tree Service did a fantastic job. From the moment we called for an estimate to the completion of the job, professional and on-time. This crew did an amazing job with cutting down 2 huge trees and trimming 6 trees then stump grinding. It was fascinating to watch them go from tree to tree. They arrived promptly and finished the project in a little over a half days time. They were respectful to my property including my vegetable garden and fence. Pricing was very far and once my trees grow back they will be the only tree service I call! Thank you Troyer Tree Service!

We had an absolute mess... Our neighbor hired someone to come into our yard and cut down our 7
trees and they failed to remove any of the cuttings and debris... The mess was everywhere and thank God for Diego and the Troyer crew beautifully removing our headache.. the yard was left in perfect shape, their equipment was kind to the grass, they hauled away tons of tree trunks, branches and cuttings and were totally professional about it.. I can honestly say that there was not a single worry or disappointment in hiring them.. it was like watching an army brigade executing a well-planned battle plan... Do yourself a favor and just hire them because nobody's going to do a better job!!!!

We had Troyer Tree service give us a estimate. They where very competitive priced. We had a Arborist give us a estimate. He was on time and extremely informative. They then emailed us a day to perform service. Showed up on time. And where extremely professional. The work was down quickly and to our specifications. We will be using this fine company. For upkeep and Highly recommend them.

Diego and his crew were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. They booted 3 queen palms and removed 2 thin Australian pines, removed dead limbs from a rainbow eucalyptus, removed all debris and cleaned up after, all within 90 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for any tree work and highly recommend Troyer Tree Service. My property looks great!

What a wonderful company to deal with! Super large tree near the pool cage and house, the guys took great care in the removal, and did awesome job cleaning up. Mark, who gave the estimate for Troyer, was on time, gave me an estimate the next day and gave me the opportunity to schedule the work on my time. The team was here when they said they would be and all the guys worked hard. Cost was excellent compared to 4 other quotes. My brother used to company and he had the same results. Hire them, great company!

After approving a tree service contract with Troyer Tree Service we were told that the wait time was currently 4 - 6 weeks and were later provided with an appointment date that was at the tail end of that period. They were supposed to be there at 8:30 on that day, but no one showed up. I called to find out what's going on, and had to leave a voice mail. Many hours later I received a text that was basically "We rearranged the schedule, hoping to get to you this afternoon." But they didn't nor did they get to us the next day or even contact us the next day and say sorry we didn't get to you. No, that took 3 days. We received yet another text that was essentially, sorry we didn't show up and now you have to wait over 2 weeks more. And here it is the day they were supposed to finally be here again. And are they? No. Did they contact us ahead of time and let us know that they once again weren't going to show up at the scheduled time? No. Troyer Tree Service has the worst customer service ever.

Great experience with Troyer Tree Service, from the estimate - with options - several weeks ago to the completion of work today. Troyer removed several trees and trimmed several others. I'm very happy with the results, as well as the performance. They were timely, respectful, and very careful with my home and property.

I was initially pleased upon my initial contact with Troyer Tree Service. The gentleman who answered my call came promptly to our house to look at the tree we needed trimmed and thinned, and we had a productive conversation. I told him that I loved this tree and wanted to preserve its structure but that it needed trimming and shaping, and thinning in the canopy. I emphasized that 1) I didn't want the shape greatly altered, and 2) I wanted the crew to be careful of the birds' nests, if at all possible. I was provided an extremely reasonable quote, which I signed (online); the message after I signed it was that someone would be in touch to schedule our service (my contact had said they were booking out 2-3 weeks). Imagine my surprise the next week when I got an invoice for services rendered. When I got home, I saw that the tree had been done, without either my husband or I there to greet and offer direction to the workers. Two big branches - one of which was my favorite on the tree, with beautiful curves - were cut off entirely. Just one birds' nest remained. I left a message for my contact and also sent an email to the office expressing my dismay and NEITHER has been returned. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the canopy was shaped decently, they cleaned up the area nicely, and the price was reasonable. But to just show up and do a service that does not align entirely with the wishes I expressed - and to do it without an authorized adult in attendance - is really bad practice. The lack of response to my messages makes it completely unacceptable. I will certainly not use this company again.

This was the fourth time I have used Troyer Tree Service on my property in Palmer Ranch, and once again, they did not disappoint. There were two 80+ year old trees that had been pushed over by recent hurricanes and were now dead. The 8’ diameter root balls were coming out of the ground creating large holes for animals to live. Diego and his crew of 5 spent a day and a half to remove the two trees and grind the massive stumps. Extra care had to be taken because the one tree was leaning on the other and when the first tree had sections removed, the second tree began to fall into the lake. Using ropes to tie off section by section the trees came down safely and without damage to other property. The entire crew demonstrated great care and consideration of other landscaping. My expectations were exceeded, once again, and I could not be happier with the end result. The price was an excellent value for the services rendered and I would highly recommend Troyer Tree Service to anyone looking at a tree removal project big or small.

I highly recommend Troyer tree service, I would give 10 Stars if I could! They took down a very large Tree close to my house and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. The crew is very organized and professional. The crew leader is very safety conscious for the homeowner as well as his crew. He also works along with them. We will certainly be passing the word how great you are. Thank you for doing such a great job!
