We got our first cleaning this week and the ladies did a nice job! They had a team so it got done quickly too. The white yosmara team is recommended!

The White Yosnara Team of 4 did an excellent job of cleaning my home including windows inside and out! Definitely would recommend them.

What a great find! People owe it to themselves to at least give them a try, but now I am hooked ! The team of ladies are extremely thorough, helpful, courteous, professional and genuinely friendly. I don’t feel the need to have to clean the house before they arrive. They know how to declutter and that was super exciting. I am so thankful for the Maids in Sarasota!

The pink team came to deep clean my new home and they did an unbelievable job. Extremely happy with the clean, the service, and friendliness.

They always do such a good job. We’re not the neatest people in the world and we have two golden retrievers so there’s always plenty of fluff and sand laying around when the team shows up, and they always leave everything spotless.

I called this company yesterday and received an estimate to clean my 2,500sqft 3 bed 3 bath plus den & office home that is already in clean condition. The estimate was $216-$324 but she said they would provide me with the set total upon arrival once “condition” was observed. She said the maids service included vacuum, mopping, dusting, wiping kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, cleaning sliders inside and out plus tracks. The only service not provided was organizing and laundry. I said I was looking for a deep clean with most important being things I don’t normally do such as dusting/sliders.

When the maids arrived (Pink Team) they said it would be over $500 to clean everything. I Was shocked, in my mind after being given the range of 216-324 I thought it would fall within this range to do all the tasks she listed on the phone that are typically included in any clean. Note my house is in Very Good “condition”/clean already. I chose to take off two of the three bedrooms to keep it at the $324 range.The maids finished after 1 hour and 20 mins and did a poor job overall. I paid $324 to have them mop, vacuum, half clean my three bathrooms, half clean my kitchen, and barley clean the slider tracks on the inside only.

They did not wipe my dining room table, did not wipe my kitchen island, did not dust baseboards, my coffee table, or windowsills in bathrooms. They did not wipe kitchen cabinets. They did not clean the laundry room sink/floors. They cleaned the floor in the office and den but didn’t wipe desk,ECT.. Did not vacuum our closets in our master bedroom.

The maid came to get me from outside to say they were done and for me to check that everything was okay. The floors were soaking wet and she was half way out the door so I didn’t have time to examine and didn’t want to walk all over wet floors. So they left.

I called the company immediately after they left to report my experience. She asked if I wanted them to return and I said no. I said this would make me feel uncomfortable as the lead cleaner was already rude/rushing and there was a language barrier. I said I would just clean it myself and not use the company again and that they need to be more clear with their pricing when booking. The maids (4 people) showed back up at my front door repeatedly knocking and jiggling my door handle trying to open the door-who does this? I didn’t want to answer but they weren’t leaving so I answered and they came inside and wiped the dining table and mopped the laundry room floor in two minutes while on the phone speaking in Spanish and left. This was an extremely uncomfortable situation and unprofessional to go against my request to not return. When I was already starting to clean it myself.

Three of the four maids did not wear shoe coverings and walked throughout our home in their sneakers. We do not wear shoes in our house ever and this was very off putting as I’m sure they walk through dirty homes.

Overall this was a terrible experience and unless you feel like throwing your money in the trash I’d stay far away from this company. Apparently $324 gets you the bare minimum. Photos attached for proof. I wish I could post videos.

Update: The company offered me $100 to remove my review and didn’t take any accountability for their poor service. I’m sure this is the reason that they have mostly “good reviews”. I said that was not enough, I wanted half refunded to remove the review or I’d take the $100 and the review stays. They said they would get back to me and never did.. However I’d like to save the next person from making a mistake so I’m okay with not getting the $100 they offered.

If we could give out more stars than five, we would. These gals are always so friendly, professional, and worked so hard to get our condo looking it’s absolute best. We had the white team today led by Yosmara. What a great crew.

Team White Yosmara did a phenomenal job cleaning up my townhome on short notice! Professional, quick and communicative! Will definitely use them again for my cleaning needs!

Team Coral/Margiory did an AMAZING job cleaning our house! We never have cleaners and it was such a treat! I think I may end up having them more often. They were so professional and were very attention to detail! Job well done!! 👏

Fantastic work done by The Maids and the Silver Team last week. They came in after some interior construction and the place was spotless when they left. The attention to detail are evident as I saw certain things they were doing to take extra special care. Well done!

Team Yellow “Rebecca” did an outstanding job cleaning our house. They were meticulous and professional. I definitely recommend them if your house needs a good cleaning (like mine did)!

The Maids come every week to clean our nonprofit, which is a high volume spay neuter clinic. I am the Director and hired them. I am so glad we did. We have approximately 30 animals (and their humans) come through our doors every day. The Maids clean our offices and public spaces and do a FABULOUS job. The team is efficient but thorough. I highly recommend!

I have been enjoying the services of The Maids for several years. They do a great job keeping our home spotlessly clean. All of the teams have rotated through and the quality remains the same. Most importantly, they are trustworthy. This week, a team member of the Aqua Team found a $100 bill that had either fallen off my desk or was buried under some papers. The bill was left on my desk visible for me to see it. I didn’t know it was missing. That’s integrity! Thank you!

We had the Yellow team come in and clean our condo in Sarasota after being away for awhile. The job they did was, to put it mildly, outstanding! From the minute they walked in the door, their professionalism was evident. They cleaned our place so well and were cheerful while doing it. They truly worked as a team and I would highly recommend them. Yellow Team Rocks!

Team Pink did an amazing job on our home. They were friendly, thorough, and made the kitchen look brand new with the appliances and cabinets. The ladies did all around a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Isabella and the Pink team!!

Team Aqua did such an outstanding job! After a long hot summer working in the trades, there were stains that I thought were permanent. Somehow in less than two hours team Aqua transformed the office space to be like new! Thank you so much!

Team 2 has been doing a great job cleaning our house for several months. Any issues have been resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The ladies, (Crystal, Estela, and Gaudencia) are friendly and professional and always leave our leave our house smelling fresh and clean. Thank you 😀
