Great group of people. The do what they say, the house looks beautiful and there's no 'cleaning odors' whatsoever. Just a clean house and I have dog hair.

We were customers in TN, and when we moved to FL we reached out to the local office. They have been nothing but great, any question I have is answered, anytime I want something done extra they do it. We have several teams that work at our home, Team 10 and Team 2 are excellent! I am sure other teams are excellent as well! Thank you Crystal and Gaudencia for our most recent clean!

I have been using the Cleaning. Authority for 8 years now. I am very please with Team 4, Debbie. She does an excellent job with making my house clean and shining. She is very responsible and never leaves things undone. She is kind and caring. I would recommend the Cleaning Authority to anyone.

The Cleaning Authority .. our crew today was Olga and Sammy .. we are very pleased with these two lovely young ladies who were very pleasant and professional .
They did and excellent detailed cleaning job and we are hoping we can have Olga and Sammy assigned to us again .

Team 6 arrived way TOO early. Husband let them in, but I was not home yet and had any time to get ready for their arrival. I have spoken with Office about this before. If team is early please tell them to wait until given time.

Been using the Cleaning Authority for about 3 years now and am totally pleased with their service. They do a very thorough job, are always on time or call if there is any issue, are very professional and courteous and their fees are very reasonable. Also, usually there is no one at home when they come and I found them to be completely trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with team #3. Love to come home and smell a clean house. This company is great, reasonable rate and great service. The girls arrive within time frame established all the time. Very pleased so far

I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for 4 years now. I love their cleaning process and the job they do. The women are very nice and accommodating to my husbands work schedule since he works from home. They also clean thoroughly and sometimes even do a little extra something. Make an appointment today. I've been using The Cleaning Authority since 2015 and very satisfied with their service. It is so nice to have the whole house clean! I look forward to their visit and I never worry about unexpected visitors since the house is always ready. I would definitely recommend them.

We always appreciate having the teams clean for us, but today was extra special. I asked my husband to make the bed in the master this morning. Apparently, he did not do it to the teams standards, as they remade it while doing our clean, even though it was not part of their remit. What a treat to have a bed made up so beautifully. Love the service and recommended them any time anyone asks for a referral

So I want to start off by saying we were a little difficult ourselves with the scheduling. We are moving so we had to wait on movers and all of that so I had to reschedule twice(several days in advance though).
Every time I had to leave a message and was told I would get a call back. I never did and always had to call multiple times to get someone.
We finally got things figured out and had a team of 4 people come clean our empty house.
4 people in like 3 hours in an empty house missed a LOT.
They didn’t touch any glass until after I asked, and they still didn’t do over half of the windows in the house. They have that big paper for a checklist and they didn’t touch 3/4 of the things that were listed on it.
I made sure to tell the guy on the phone that we were moving out so we needed a deep clean.
He said that was fine they did by the hour so it would be the same either way.
Super disappointed in the communication and cleaning. I definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting the money on them....
I gave 2 starts since they did put up with our rescheduling otherwise it would have been 1 star.

We have enjoyed the services of The Cleaning Authority - Sarasota now for more than 3 years. They are excellent. They are always on time and always provide advance arrival information. Their management and staff are courteous and efficient. Their cleaning is thorough and the cleaners are friendly and responsive to reasonable requests. Pricing is acceptable. As a retired luxury hotel GM I recognize and appreciate good housekeeping work. This is it. I recommend them most highly.

Team #7 provided a thorough clean to my slightly neglected home. They were on time, polite, and kind. They provided explanation of what was getting cleaned as it was the first visit. They interacted kindly and appropriately with my baby who supervised their cleaning of the kitchen, lol. My home smelled good and looked GREAT when they left. My husband wants to know what they used to clean the stove top as it looked brand new :) Thank you for a job WELL DONE!

I have used The Cleaning Authority to clean our home in two locations over the past five years. They are always professional and very thorough in cleaning our home. For the past few cleanings Debbie has done a wonderful job. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly.

The women were very nice and eager to make things just the way I wanted them. I was very pleased with them. However, when I looked at the inside of my toilets after they left, they were not adequately cleaned.

we had this service come to our house 4 times. each time there was a different group of girls and each time the cleaning got worse and worse.

every time came they broke something starting with the 1st visit. that being said, the company did reimburse us. then they broke the toilet but didn't tell us and just left. the company reimbursed us for that too, but we had to go through the trouble of speaking with the manager about it and then to find someone to fix it. they should have told us they broke the toilet before they left.

with each consecutive visit they spent less and less time and did less and less work. starting with the 2nd visit they didn't vaccum under the beds. then on the 3rd visit when i wasn't home to speak with them they told my mom who has dementia that they weren't supposed to mop the floors and they didn't. after talking with management about all this they said the cleaning ladies were in fact supposed to do this work, but couldn't explain why it didn't.

and finally on their 4th visit after speaking with the girls i found out that they were only allowed to spend 1 hour to clean our 2200 SF house, and that's when i realized they just aren't given enough time to do the job which because they were rushed and why they never did a thorough job.

very unhappy with the quality of the work from beginning to end. grateful that management reimbursed us for the broken/damaged things. ultimately not worth the hassle each time of going through what should have been done that wasn't and trying to get money back for broken/damaged items.

They do a nice job. I love that they have a written list of what will be done and a formal rotation of deep clean areas. Olga and Sam normally clean my house and they're great!

Getting ready to move. I’m not really good at cleaning and needed help to clean my home so it looks presentable. They are doing a phenomenal job. My wife notices the difference and thinks I’ve improved my skills. Little does she know I’m using this service.

I would totally recommend the teams that come in are super professional and task orientated.
