I highly recommend this awesome company! I have a very busy vacation rental triplex on Siesta Key and Linda and her team have done a super job cleaning them. They are always on time which is super important when I have check out and check in on the same day. They pay very special attention to details including making the towels look like a high end resort. They make roses out of tissues on the top of the box and make bows on the toilet paper. Extremely disstatisfied with Caribbean Cleaning SRQ, specifically the owner Linda. I met Linda 3 weeks prior to me moving out of my rental. We discussed a price and the terms of the cleaning and we came to a fair agreement. Then I spoke with her 1 week out and again 24 hours out to confirm her arrival and the terms of the cleaning as I needed to be out of my rental the day after and it was extremely important the the house get cleaned as I was busy with the move. After confirming 1 week out and then again 24 hours out, Linda then texts me at 9pm the night before the cleaning/my move out date to completely change all the terms we had discussed and agreed to on 3 separate occasions. Obviously at that point I was unable to higher someone else the night before so I had no other choice but to agree to her extremely unfair terms.

I am not one ot complain by a company but Linda completely took advantage of my situation and I highly reccomend thinking twice about highering Carribbean Cleaning. If you do decide to go forward make sure that you get everything on paper as Linda is completely unfair and not trustworthy.
