We used The Cleaning Authority to clean our home (just signed up for a monthly service). They did a FANTASTIC job! I am a meticulous cleaner, and it is as if I did the work myself - or better. Great attention to detail, cleaned the little things that can get overlooked. Timely, reasonable price, accommodating with their availability. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We previously used another cleaning service. They are a very popular national chain, but they did very mediocre work. However, I assumed that was the standard. Later, thanks to my wife, we switched to The Cleaning Authority. They are head and shoulders above the competition. We are so happy to have made the switch. They go above and beyond and always do such a great job.

They did a great job. Kitchen looked bright and shines, dusted and vacuumed everything and washed floors. Did a great job on the bathrooms. Very satisfied with their work.

I just had my house cleaned by the Cleaning Authority and am very pleased with the results! There were three people working efficiently and carefully and didn’t miss a thing! I chose to have my lanai and sliding glass doors cleaned and they are now spotless! They provided a contract beforehand that was very reasonable and helpful and alerted me with reminders the day before the cleaning was scheduled.

Nice job. I really appreciate that one of the women spoke English.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for almost 3 years and have been very happy with the service and have met many friendly and efficient employees of the company. We especially want to compliment Gemi for her thoroughness and professionalism. We look forward to seeing her when she is on our schedule to clean. The management works with our schedule and will accommodate changing times when we request it. Great work, ladies!

So far we have had two cleanings. This second one was even better than the first! We are very happy! They even cleaned areas we had forgotten about! Love that an inspector came to look over their work with me when they were almost done to ensure a good job was done. It was! Highly recommend! The ladies are all friendly too!

My final clean team came today, and I was very pleased with them following the schedule. My house goes on the market this week. I didn't need to remind them that the baseboards and fixtures needed to be cleaned. They were very friendly and courteous, worked the whole time without taking phone calls and listening to music; plus they did a very good job. It is so encouraging to have a team dedicated to doing a great job. Thank you!!

I have been a client of Cleaning Aythority for 7-8 years now and have always found them to be reliable, conscientious and generally thorough with their work

Peter (owner) has always been receptive to any special requests, schedule changes etc which is appreciated

One difference lately - I wonder if there has been some staff turnover - as today was a different team for the 3rd or 4th last visits

Either way, I have have a long time client and would recommend Cleaning Authority.

Team 5 is absolutely amazing!! Speedy and didn't miss a thing! Olga and Sam went above and beyond!!! Very pleased so far. I had a last minute cancellation and Sari was able to get me a clean the very next week with no problems. This company takes great care of their clients and I could tell so far that they take care of their employees. Keep up the great work!

Update... So today was initial clean B and Team6 who are Delila and Lisset are fantastic. Super fast and friendly! I highly recommend them and this company for sure.

The best cleaning we have had with your company! we asked Debbie if she would be prepared to take us on permanently on her rotation and she found that acceptable. we have been asking for consistent coverage and now we have found the person we would like to continue using. Team 1 always does a fantastic job!! Demmi and Arlette are a great team, everything is dusted including all blinds, floor and rugs are vacuumed. Kitchen and baths shine, no streaks on mirrors or shower doors. Floors are mopped and the baseboards are dusted . Very happy with their work!!!

I am OCD, a neat freak and I like things perfect. Started using The Cleaning Authority this morning. Three very happy women rang my door bell on time, brought all their own supplies and immediately started working. I left and returned to an OMG.......they did an amazing job moment. The house looked and smelled so clean I was afraid to mess anything. An AWESOME!!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Not the authority on cleaning. On every visit I’m left with spots on my floor, dirt in the corners, and dusty shelves and baseboards. This company claims to have an area of focus that rotates with every visit. I appreciate the concept, except they don’t actually detail the area they claim they will. Today is kitchen and laundry room day for me, but my laundry room has loose dirt on the floor, and both areas have spots that were missed during mopping.

This is supposed to be a business, but the attention to quality is on par with teenage children doing their chores, who must be followed around to make sure they’ve done their job. I say something every time, and the quality never improves.

Not the first time this has happened, I’ve tried calling again to fire them (I have another cleaner lined up, single and independent and my friends with high standards trust her, and she’ll charge me less to boot), but now they won’t even answer. I’ve called three times, and the phone rings for 10 minutes before automatically hanging up on me 🤷🏻‍♀️
