Merry Maids did an outstanding job. I got an appointment on short notice and everything was cleaned to perfection!

I was disappointed with this cleaning service. The house was already well-maintained needing normal weekly light cleaning and only dust left from moving out. Given the condition of the space, the job should have taken no more than two hours to complete thoroughly. However, they requested an additional two hours, which I declined because I couldn’t imagine what more needed to be done. When I returned, I could not tell what they had accomplished. For $300, I expected a much higher level of thoroughness, especially since there weren’t any major tasks like cleaning a refrigerator, furniture to navigate, carpets or heavily soiled areas. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I am easy to please. If you have hopes of a move-in clean, I suggest looking elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience with our Merry Maids crew. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The 2 ladies that did our cleaning were great! So thorough. The house was cleaned and sanitized even beyond our expectations.

I had Merry Maids do a move in clean for my new house. Alicia was very receptive to my calls and texts. The ladies were on time and ready to work. They did an amazing job! The house smelled great and looked fantastic! I will use them again!

Worst experience I have had with a company in a long time. Cleaning was done on our Airbnb poorly multiple times. We over $400 for a deep clean and they requested us to pay extra so they could stay longer to finish the deep clean, and I'm not sure they did even half of what they said they would clean as it was not much cleaner than before they started. A complete waste of money . They did not tell us about damage at the house from guests either. We found a large hole in the wall and blood on many of our linens they never told us about. Then after all that they tried to raise their fee by 40%! When I talked to the owner he could not seem to care less that we were disappointed in the quality. The manager that I was in contact with as well was very unprofessional.

We have used Merry Maids for about 5 years. I talked to several companies before making the decision to use MM. Alicia, one of the owners, is dedicated to ensuring that all of her customers are completely satisfied. Our cleaning team, headed by Ankarina, is very thorough and we are always more than satisfied by their cleaning. What a joy it is to know that Ankarina and her team will always leave our home fresh and clean! We trust them completely!

They do a good job, and Alicia always tries to accommodate our last minute changes or if I need emergency last minute cleaning services.
