Team #5 Angie and Yudi have been cleaning our home for several months. They are both very thorough, professional and do very detailed cleaning work. I would recommend them both . They are always on time and do great work.

Team #8 Yuliset and Miles were friendly and cleaned our townhouse to my satisfaction. I think $250 for a 2 bed 2 bath was a lot of money. I would have preferred someone who could speak English since I don’t speak Spanish.

I needed my parents' home deep cleaned so I can put it on the market. Molly Maid was very accommodating and Jocelin and Lovena team #15 were efficient, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I would like to add after getting a comment back about lying so even after the “ manager came” they still didn’t fix what was not clean. The base boards were clearly all still dirty. Very disappointing experience. The cleaning was poorly done and we had to clean behind them—definitely not worth a two-hour service. Several basic areas were missed.
When we contacted the owner to explain our concerns, he yelled at us and threatened to sue if we didn’t pay, instead of addressing the issues professionally. They also broke our blinds and never told us.
Lack of quality, accountability, and professionalism. Would not recommend.

I’ve been really impressed with Team 2 – Dania and Kim from Molly Maid. They’re always on time, friendly, and pay great attention to detail. My home feels so fresh and spotless after every visit. I truly appreciate their consistency and hard work — highly recommend them!

I had my house cleaned today by Yakira and Clari with Molly Maid in Sarasota. These two ladies did a fantastic job! They were prompt and got right to work. My house sparkles. Highly recommend Molly Maid and especially Yakira and Clari.

I always thought I had to clean in order to have some come clean. Also I always thought I can clean my own house, no problem. I was wrong on both counts!!!

I am very OCD about stupid stuff and yet they surpassed all expectations. First, everything is moved cleaned and put back EXACTLY as it was. No looking for things, or as I said, never find a bottle of something that was on the right side of the sink moved to left side that annoys me. Even the stuffed animals are handled with care 😁.

Second, every surface, front, back, underneath, sides, floors, carpets, doesn’t matter- all thoroughly cleaned and with great care. I’ve never had my home as clean on my own as they do it. So I am very thankful for their attention to detail. Plus they don’t disturb me when I work from home and just do their thing, yet when we do chat, lovely conversations, very personable so there is a relationship, trust and it is all just a wonderful and pleasant experience.

Will continue this forever and from a picky, OCD, don’t move my stuff or bother me kinda guy - can’t recommend them enough!!!

Team #10 (Yolmarie and Nayelis) have done an excellent job for us. They are sweet, kind and very hardworking! They keep our house in tip-top shape. We recommend them & hope to continue on with this team!

Team 6 Laura & Angelica were fabulous!
I had let the house get out of hand with the dust bunnies dust bunnies having dust bunnies! The kids room was a complete disaster! They came in & though the original time was supposed to be 3hrs (I was doubtful of that myself ) 30Min prior to that time frame they informed me they wouldn’t be able to make that time.
I was appreciative of the heads up & knew because I was tackling the craft room on my own & wasn’t even done! They finished in a little over 4 hours & the cleanness you smelled throughout the house I felt like a princess & was ready for the Christmas decorations! They were a fantastic team!

Kocelin and Gaby of Molly Maids were great! They were thorough and efficient. They did an excellent job cleaning our home and making it sparkle! Highly recommend!

If you’re someone who already keeps your house decently clean, and looking for a one time DEEP clean.. I’m upset I didn’t just support a smaller business.

When I spoke to the person on the phone we were quoted $250 for 2 and a half hours. The cleaning ladies asked for more time (which was a red flag because our home is not dirty)

We literally cleaned it before they even came!! Spotless.

I didn’t mind giving them more time. And then they asked for MORE time. they spent over an hour on the bathroom. The total $$ was double what they mentioned on the phone. We were told that cabinets and light switches were going to be wiped down.. they weren’t. I could have done this and saved hundreds of dollars. The ladies were very kind. I just wish I would have put my money into a smaller business that would have paid more attention to detail and time.

I called Molly Maid as a surprise for cleaning my father's house. Joe and his office were easy to work with and provided services the next day. Ana and Dulce (Team #3) were an excellent team and worked non-stop for almost four hours until the house was spotless. I would highly recommend contacting Joe for any house cleaning assistance. And if you get Ana and Dulce, I'm sure you will be equally happy!

After Plumbing disaster and having whole house plumbing redone, on completion we had the house deep cleaned and what a fantastic job the ladies did, as a result we decided to have the house cleaned on bi-weekly basis, cannot say enough on the great job they did.and are doing. Would gladly recommend molly maid to anyone.

Molly Maids Inc. has been servicing my home for about five months now. Overall they're a good company and the office staff, Zack and Jennifer have been helpful; they address anything which comes up.

The workers arrive in a timely fashion. (I prefer they don't arrive outside the timeframe the office gives.)

Leaving this review for my grandma. She recently had Molly maid come out and clean her place. She was a little hesistant since she hasn’t had the best experiences with cleaning companies but Molly Maid (specifically team 2…Dania and Kim) proved her wrong! She was very pleased with how professional and punctual everything had been from the beginning. Mentioned how Dania and Kim were very personable and came in with great attitudes. Team 2 was very detailed and thorough without sacrificing time efficiency. Everything requested by grandma got adresssed and exceeded. Great job team 2 and and will definitely be helping her schedule again!

Cat and Jennifer were such pleasant ladies. I was very comfortable having them in my home. They worked well together and finished cleaning promptly. What a wonderful help they were to us!

I initially tried a cleaning service in Sarasota that I was disappointed in the thoroughness of their cleaning, especially because we have a very small house and the price was high. I tried Molly Maid as a second attempt to find a regular cleaner and I have been very happy with their work! The girls (Carmen and Yenni) are always on time and do a fantastic job. I appreciate that they are always open to feedback about the cleaning and even encourage customers to provide feedback. They also are fine with our two large dogs being in the house when we are not home. We work long hours and have two large dogs so it is wonderful to come home to a clean house. Highly recommend Molly Maid and Carmen and Yenni!
