Sean was fantastic. We had another plumber have us wait around all day and no showed. Wimpy’s was able to get us in the next day.

It was a whirlwind but he and his team got everything taken care of and we’re off to the next one! Respectful, courteous, and time efficient. Sean is our go to guy now. Especially since we are new members.

Wimpy’s was easy to work with and our technician, Cody, was very professional. I was able to schedule a garbage disposal replacement quickly. Much appreciated!

Casey was AMAZING when he arrived at my house and saved me when my A/C wasn't keeping up. He was professional, friendly and quick to fix the issue. He explained what he was doing and why. I've been using Wimpy's since 2017 when I bought my house, and his service on Friday only solidified why I choose them if I have any issues!

I'll start with the air conditioning side first. I had Ben, Nico and Marco out to replace whole a/c system, I have not experienced such professionalism ever and I'm in the service industry myself. 5 stars all the way from start to finish.
Next, I had the pleasure of meeting Sean and Paul from the plumbing side replace an old toilet with a new one. Blown away again. 5 stars.
Then had Casey from the a/c side come over and installed a UV light inside a/c air handler. Another 5 star associate.
Let's not forget the office staff. Every call handled professionally.

Other businesses should take notice. This is a perfect model of how a company should be operated. Perfect.

SEAN: so friendly and super professional. He gave us some great advice during his visit. Did a top notch quality job on servicing our boiler, hot water system and updated our shower tap/cartridges (so aged and a bit ropey).

I highly recommend Wimpys Plumbing and now considering our air conditioning maintenance with them in the very near future.

I hope this cheap unit lasts me. You sold me the cheapest Rheem unit and I could have got a Rheem Gladiator high-performance for $200 more. It came with a 12 year warranty. 5500 W instead of a 4500 W. You might laugh and think we really got over on this guy. But it’ll probably be the last one.

DJ was quick, professional, and did an excellent job unclogging our bathroom. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Highly recommend his services!

Casey was very informative about our ac unit. We were having issues for a while and decided to contact Wimpy’s. Turns out the wiring of our ac thermostat was faulty, which made the house not cool properly. Casey gave us a new thermostat and the house cooled almost instantly! I would recommend them as they were very helpful and I love the fact that they have a membership for after hours services!

Sean, from Wimpys, came on time, was incredibly thorough, took pictures and showed us our options, and was overall very user-friendly. After having many services here at the house, I am thoroughly impressed with how Professional he was in every aspect of the job. Neat and clean and thoroughly terrific. We now are enrolled in their care plan and feel really good about our coverage.

We called for repair on our backflow system leak. Sean Claire came out to service and did a home inspection and found other things that needed attention. He fixed them all in one day and was competent, courteous and efficient. Glad we called Wimpy's.

My outdoor main water supply was dripping. DJ showed up within an hour and gave me options of repairing the pipe. He worked quickly and fixed the leak. Communication was great.

From my first phone call to Wimpy’s to schedule an appointment for my slow drains, to the completion of the job, it was an amazing experience. The young lady (I’m sorry, I wish I could remember her name) who scheduled my service was very professional and polite. I was shocked how soon she could schedule the technician to come out. And speaking of the technician, Paul DeFillipis was awesome! Very professional as well and courteous. He talked me through every step he was taking to diagnose the issue, what steps he was planning on taking to remedy the issue, gave me the estimate prior to starting any work to ensure we were on the same page, and began fixing my issues with the plumbing. Paul resolved my issues within 15-20 min and had everything cleaned up and put away within 30 min. My father owned his HVAC business for over 40 years and I worked for him for 10 years. There is nothing better or even harder to find, than a family owned business that puts the customer first. Wimpy’s is that business that does this. It is rare to find a business like Wimpy’s these days. I highly suggest hiring Wimpy’s for your plumbing needs and ask for Paul. Paul DeFillipis is the man! Keep up the great work and I will continue to use Wimpy’s for all my plumbing needs.

Extremely professional and efficient. I had my entire house re-piped due to leaks in the copper pipes inside my cinder block walls. The price was great, they finished in 1 day, and now all of the plumbing is completely accessible. For anyone that lives in one of the many Florida cinder block houses, you can imagine the benefits of no longer having your plumbing buried in cement!

Cody was outstanding! 1st off the lady that answered my call was very nice & told me Cody could come today. He called & told us what time. Not only did he provide choices regarding our problem hybrid heater, he was able to get it installed. The owner was nice to bring it to our home. Cody also gave us a price for a home filtration system & changing the hot/cold water buttons throughout our house. Cody helped move all the garage shelves & items to have space for removal & installation.
He is excellent! Very professional & informative. It is nice to work with a family owned company as he pointed out.

My HVAC system stopped blowing air into the house. I called Wimpy’s and they sent Marco out. He was on time. He was neat and pleasant. Called Wimpy’s for an estimate on a new hot water heater. Paul explained my options and provided the estimate. I decided to go ahead.
Paul immediately started preliminary work while waiting for his company to deliver the water heater. Everything was completed in under 4 hours.
Paul was professional, personable, knowledgeable and skilled at what he did.

Just had a Bosch packaged heatpump installed by Ben, Nico, and Camereon. All young guys that work fast, know what they are doing, and explained the features and how to operate the new unit effortlessly. Nate (salesperson) did a great job listening to my needs and helped me choose the right unit. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience.
