Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this family owned business! I called another plumber I have used twice. I was told I couldn’t get an appointment until Thursday. Today is Monday. I called Whimpy’s & my plumbing issue was taken care of within an hour of calling them! Very impressive!

We called Wimpy’s initially to assess our bathroom toilets. They scheduled Sean to come out the same day! Sean assessed our needs and presented an assessment of what was needed. He explained everything in detail. We felt the pricing was fair and we do like doing business with family owned businesses. We arranged for the necessary items to be taken care of and the very next day the work is complete! Sean did a great job! We are very pleased with the product and the work that was done.

Wimpy's does an excellent job of scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and letting you know when to expect the technicians to arrive. In addition, the technicians call when they are leaving to update you on their arrival time. As members of Wimpy's HVAC maintenance plan, we recently had our HVAC system evaluated and hot water heater checked/flushed.

Sean was a fountain of information about how we can improve the plumbing/hot water in our home when he came to flush our water heater for maintenance. He even carried in some groceries! What a good guy! Thank you, Sean!

After recommending a recirculating system so we do not have to wait several minutes for hot water throughout the house, Sean contacted Anthony to get us an estimate for a recirculating system. Anthony came over the same day to evaluate our needs and give us an estimate. He noted some issues with our water heating system that could lead to potential problems, so he did the research to find out what would best fit our needs. We will be getting that taken care of as well. We appreciate your help Anthony!

Earlier that day we had a visit from Cameron to evaluate our HVAC system. He did an excellent job evaluating our system and cleaning it up. He showed us photos of some mold growth in our unit (which apparently happens in Florida! Yuck!) and guided us to a plan to prevent further growth.

We are new to Florida and its HVAC and plumbing challenges. We appreciate Wimpy's being there for us.

Keith was our service expert. He was incredible and explained everything to us and made recommendations with options so that we could make the best decision for us and or home. He came prepared with all needed items on his truck (including a new toilet!). He was able to do everything that we needed. He was professional, informed, and efficient. Jon did a thorough attempt to repair the Rinnai water heater. Was on hold with Rinnai for an hour and ten minutes. Unfortunately the system started and Rinnai would not offer any help. I would build a wood fire and heat water before buying a Rinnai water heater.

Discovered a leak on outside spigot. Aqua Plumbing was able to be there later in the morning. David came out; he was courteous and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Had that issue and a slow draining sink fixed in about an hour! Will request David again! Thanks, Aqua Plumbing!

Graham and Benjamin were completely professional and efficient in their maintenance with our two systems. They entered a conversation they advised me to what I may need to replace in the future. They’re going to send me a couple of extra filters so I have them for the next time. I just appreciate those two guys very much and Victoria and Skip and all of those who are in the HVAC department of Aqua Plumbing. Bobby was very helpful in identifying the problem & finding the next step/ solution for a problem created when Comcast damaged a 6 inch pipe while laying new cable for the neighborhood. He & helper—also very pleasant!—took care of a new shower head & toilet -tank issue. Definitely will use Aqua again!

I can not explain how completely satisfied I am with the crew from Aqua Plumbing who repiped my home. They came every day and cleaned up every day before they left. They did a fantastic job. There were a couple of very difficult adoptions that they found the perfect way with the least amount of disconvience. It truly was a pleasure working with them. They are welcome back any time.
