Shane came out from Aqua Plumbing and did a great job. Thorough, clean, and quick, very happy with the results. We got a new sink and going from a 2 bowl sink to 1 bowl and disposal everything had to be re-engineered.

So greatful to David Kurth for his prompt and courteous service! He did a wonderful job and set my mind at ease! Thank you again David!

July 10th......Spent my birthday morning with all 3 services from Aqua
David from plumbing, Albert and Yuset from Electrical and Marcos from A/C. What a group of nice knowledgeable men. All went great. Had some issues with plumbing but David Kurth did NOT push anything on me. Suggestions were made for future and options given for now on a one toilet. Honest employees that obviously know what they're doing and I'm very grateful for that. Here they are ....my birthday dates 😆😆

This company is awful and does not stand by their work. On 8/29 I paid $250 for them to come out and fix the igniter on my hot water heater. At the time, I felt the charge was unreasonable but I paid it. Three weeks later I had to turn the gas off to the house and lo and behold, my gas water heater won’t ignite again! When I call back they try to charge me the price of an emergency call and refuse to come fix their work! This is a company that I have used for plumbing and routine AC work for years! What a joke of a company. Highly recommend not using them unless you want to be raked over the coals too.

Update: Because this unethical company refused to fix their work, I literally disassembled the igniter assembly myself and fixed it permanently. That’s right, I’m a financial professional that did a better job than a licensed plumber that deals with these tasks daily. Then, when I demand a refund for not providing the service I paid for, you refused the refund lol. Your company sucks so bad!

Graham is fantastic! He corrected and issue we were having with the line clogging and it hasn't happened since. He is very personable and attentive to our situation.

He was prompt, explained well, wasted no time. Added a part to the system to deal with mold we weren't aware of. We are optimistic it was needed. Perhaps should have been advised at original installation.

Graham is the absolute BEST! He’s knowledgeable, polite, personable, and we feel so fortunate to have him maintain our AC system! These guys are great! Took care of all the issues we had (a/c) at every turn. We diligently change the filter monthly and we still had a few internal problems but all were found and addressed in a timely manner. Mike is the best.

Nice job by team to come out and complete the annual service of the tankless water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis system. Service was very efficient and they did a great job communicating arrival and time needed to service.

Bobby from Aqua Plumbing replaced the shower valves at my house and several other things. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend him and Aqua Plumbing.

I've had a maintenance contract on my AC unit for several years now with Aqua Plumbing and Air. Their service and support has been top notch. I especially want to recognize one of their technicians, Graham K., who has done an exceptional job on his visits.

HVAC system checked out and needed repair work was performed satisfactorily. Aqua tech was informative and kept homeowner apprised of needed repair and results of maintenance work.

David Kurth was very polite and arrived early. He was thorough and took the time to explain the steps of the repair.

Jon was on time, very professional, kept us informed on what they were doing and what we needed to do. We were very pleased that there was no mess left behind but was all cleaned up. We hope Jon will be available to help us again should we need it.

Shane came on Sunday - fixed our water heater. Fabulous service - honest - didn’t try to oversell anything. Strongly recommend him.

Pat visited my home to test the backflow assembly installed by another plumbing company. He discovered that the new assembly was not working because a seal in the assembly was not properly seated. He replaced the seal and got the unit working. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Mike came out from Aqua Plumbing and did a fantastic job of fixing a problem with my A/C system and then conducted our semi-annual maintenance. He was here on time and was warm and friendly. I recommend Aqua Plumbing and Mike to anyone.
