From our initial inspection to troubleshoot our AC problem, then walking us through what was going on and all of our available options going forward, to final decision and install, Robert and his team proved themselves professional, trustworthy, competitive in pricing, and stellar in work quality. I would recommend calling him to anyone seeking advice for any of their AC needs. Communication through the whole process was stellar. Robert was able to completely install a new AC unit with relocation out of our attic and remove and replace all the old deteriorated ducting and vents in the entire home within 3 business days. 09/26/23 Robert returned to replace an old and deteriorating mini- split in our garage. He installed a multi- zone Gree unit, as we were adding an additional head to a back bedroom that had trouble cooling with the rest of the house. Once again, the workmanship quality is second to none and we are thrilled to have the extra cooling ability prior to next summer. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews but I must for this company. Losing your air conditioner in the middle of a Florida summer is terrible. Having to replace it even moreso. Given the estimates we were getting we thought we were going to have to go the summer with no air. But thanks to Robert that was not the case. Fair estimate, solid work and friendly service. If you are looking for an honest business owner and solid, polite and thorough work then look no further. Robert and Cool Yeah is all you need. We won't be using anyone else for hvac ever again. Highly recommended.

Robert is so awesome he made every effort to get my AC back up and running as fast as he could (which was very fast) and reasonably priced!! He even went through the house and closed all my windows because I had to leave before he finished working! This was a last minute call, as the property is under contract and inspector said something was wrong. I needed a service call asap, which was exactly what I got. Initial call was answered promptly and the guy over the phone was extremely helpful, listened carefully to my concerns and was able to schedule a visit forthe next day. I have to tell you that he was excellent. Next day, Robert, tech a ssigned,arrived at my property within the scheduled time frame. Wow, what a great experience! My A/C went out, and Rob, the owner, was out the same day. He didn't even try to upsell me like most companies do. He fixed my issue in no time and checked everything to make sure the unit was working properly. While talking to him, I learned that he runs a small family business that just wants to do right by customers, charge a fair price, and hope to have repeat business. I would highly recommend this company.

We finally got power after almost 6 days after hurricane Milton just to find out that our AC went out. We called Rob and he was able to come out the same day and got our AC fixed. He was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Robert with ExcelsiAir went above and beyond to help us when our A/C unit needed replacing a few weeks ago. He gave us several options to choose from and I feel we got a fair price for what we needed. He was very courteous and professional inside our home when removing our old unit and did great quality work when installing our new unit. He even called us the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. 10/10 recommend!

Third or fourth time using his services between my rental house and my home. Such an honest dude. He originally thought it was one thing and quoted a big number. He realized it was something else and thankfully it was way less.

Honest, straight up, and even came out on a Sunday because they understand in this crazy FL July heat, it can be life or death for some folk.

I am very happy my experience. My blower died. The part was under warranty but on backorder. I was offered a universal blower so that I would not be without A/C for more than a day. . I was very relieved to get my A/C repaired so quickly.

They repaired my air conditioner very quickly. They needed to order some parts, but the parts came faster than I expected. I was only a few days without A/C. Their prices are reasonable.

I don’t trust just anyone with my AC and heating, but I trust them completely. From the first call to the completed service, they’ve been nothing but reliable and respectful. They explain everything clearly, don’t upsell you on things you don’t need, and actually show up when they say they will.

Companies like this are rare these days. I wouldn’t call anyone else.
