He referred me to the comfort club to insure I don’t have any unnecessary costs and service calls related to the issue he addressed. They bought out Shiver who we had used for over 15 yrs. It appears Graham has adopted the new greedy corporate MO of attempted high pressure sales and hoodwink. Said I needed $4K worth of work on an 8 yr old unit. They aren't the only ones out there either, that do this. I got 2 more companies' assessments for comparison. They each had their totally different unrelated high price BS stories, so folks either don't know what they're doing or they're hoodwinking. Finally got a trusted company from a relative's recommendation and won't use these folks again. It's a shame. Shiver used to do the RIGHT thing.

Zach was very thorough with the appointment today. He explained some problems we are experiencing and has offered some solutions. We want to keep our equipment up and running for a very long time. He fixed our problem quickly and we are very thankful for that.

Gram Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new AC and did an excellent job. Branden and his assistant were professional, thorough and friendly. Also, Dakota came out to just confirm our thermostat was working correctly and he was knowledgeable and assured us everything was good. I would recommend them if you need repairs or installs.

Chris Miller came to our home to check out our air conditioning system. We were very impressed with his knowledge. He was very friendly and personable.

They have a a great deal to check on your AC and air handler before the weather changes seasons. It keeps it working in tiptop shape. I t just better than waiting for it to break down.

Old owner retired private equity owns it now. So you need a new ac unit. Every time. 25 yrs with old owner. New owner was not honest and got me for 10gs.

The technician provided me with a good report as to our AC units conditions.
However, your office needs to improve coordination
with customers. I received at least 4 separate calls trying to set up a maintenance appointment when we already had an appointment..

Graham really dropped the ball on this one.. my electric bill has gone up because the AC unit will not shut off because the unit is trying to cool the attic. It’s gonna taking them over a week to get out here this is all GRAHM.. they missed this big time.. I’m pretty sure that Ray Charles could have seen this one.. I’m so disappointed. hope you refund my $835 dollars since you didn’t fix the problem.. as of 5 am today Saturday the 19 th.. I couldn’t take it anymore because of the heat and humidity.. after all I am a senior citizen.. I went in the attic and tied some rope around the air handler box and tied it to the air handler so it would fit a little bit tighter and not blow the hot air in my house… I feel that Graham really dropped the ball on this one..

This guy comes out totally arrogant looking for money he didn’t earn. He was absolutely sorry. The renter complained about him and I talked to him and I completely agree with her assessment of his arrogance and ignorance!

My experience with your heating and air was great. Zach a surface technician that came out to help us with the problem that we are having was so unbelievably kind and professional and so helpful. It made me feel ease immediately and addressed our issue with great care and concern. He was beyond helpful And was just great and I’m so grateful.

Graham is my AC maintenance company so I naturally called them for repair. I was told my air handler needed a new blower and various other things which would be $3,000. But it's not worth it because I likely only have 2 years left on the 10 yr old unit. Therefore, it's better to replace the whole thing for $13,000. It can be done the next day and the AC cannot be used. I said I'm going to get a 2nd opinion... I asked around and found a neighborhood HVAC technician, he fixed the insulation in the air handler. He said the blower is fine and the unit probably has another 5 good years and charged me $300. Lesson learned. Always get a 2nd opinion and I will not be calling Graham again.
