We finally got power after almost 6 days after hurricane Milton just to find out that our AC went out. We called Rob and he was able to come out the same day and got our AC fixed. He was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Robert with ExcelsiAir went above and beyond to help us when our A/C unit needed replacing a few weeks ago. He gave us several options to choose from and I feel we got a fair price for what we needed. He was very courteous and professional inside our home when removing our old unit and did great quality work when installing our new unit. He even called us the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. 10/10 recommend!

Honest, straight up, and even came out on a Sunday because they understand in this crazy FL July heat, it can be life or death for some folk.

I am very happy my experience. My blower died. The part was under warranty but on backorder. I was offered a universal blower so that I would not be without A/C for more than a day. . I was very relieved to get my A/C repaired so quickly.

They repaired my air conditioner very quickly. They needed to order some parts, but the parts came faster than I expected. I was only a few days without A/C. Their prices are reasonable.

I don’t trust just anyone with my AC and heating, but I trust them completely. From the first call to the completed service, they’ve been nothing but reliable and respectful. They explain everything clearly, don’t upsell you on things you don’t need, and actually show up when they say they will.

I cannot express how honest this company was and my gratitude for that. I had another company come out and try to charge me $6k. Cool Yeah came out same day and checked out my unit and they explained the issue with patience and detail. Turns out it was just a backed up line. They were honest and told me I didn't need to change what the other company was trying to sell me !!! Please do not hesitate and give them a call, they do honest business and that is very rare these days!!!

My 13 year old heat pump decided to stop working right before the cold front that came this weekend. The team at Yeah Cool came out and diagnosed the issue. They originally offered to fix the problem but I still had an inefficient HVAC system with a couple of new parts.

I decided I’d rather put the money towards a new HVAC and Rob (owner) worked up a couple of options. I made my choice and he went to pick everything up and completed the job later in the day.

It should be noted there was absolutely no pressure to buy the new system. They were happy to fix the problem if that’s what I wanted.

Yeah Cool Air was fast and highly professional. I had been dealing with a heating issue, and the building’s maintenance team was unable to resolve it despite multiple visits. Yeah Cool Air arrived as scheduled and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this AC company they were honest, didn’t try to identify fake issues to increase charges, and successfully restored functional heating to my facility. This was especially important given the temperature was around 25 degrees.
