I had been dealing with Shiver Air for years and to be honest was skeptical when Graham Heating & Air Conditioning took over. I was pleasantly surprised that they surpassed my expectations in every way. On time, very courteous technician. Took the time to explain my new unit. Fair pricing. Won't hesitate to recommend Graham to my neighbors.

The scheduling for my service seemed fine, but a couple days prior to my service, someone from the scheduling department called me to rework my service window. I agreed to the time window change. On the morning of the service appointment the scheduling agent again phoned me. She informed me that the tech would be at my home outside of the given window for my appointment. I was not home and I had to drop what I was doing, where I was and get home to get the service I had scheduled a month previous. I felt the customer service in this case was very unprofessional and made the experience poor in my mind. So over all the tech was good, but the customer service was poor.

Excellent service! My technicians were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, and responsive to my questions. No pressure sales and service options. Highly recommend!

We have been with Graham H/A for over 20 years and with my service contract I have never been let down until, this weekend. Friday evening my A/C went out just after 5 pm my attempts to contact “emergency “ technician went unanswered, after 2 attempts I slept in a hot house, I attempted to call 4 more times through the weekend with no response until Monday morning @ 7:50am and the technician showed up @ 4:30 pm . Not there best service but after all the money spent with this company I feel let down and hope they’ll improve, get there technical department together.

Chris did a great job of explaining concerns and communicating what was needed to fix it. He was polite and left the area clean after his work. I’d like him to return on my next visit.

Zach with Graham did a great job repairing our AC over the Labor Day weekend. He was professional and answered all of our questions. Also a big shoutout to Matt at Clearwater office. We were having trouble with the phones in Tampa. I called Clearwater office and spoke with Matt. He took all of our information and called the right people for us. I would highly recommend Graham for HVAC needs. Great team effort in getting us serviced!

This was my first time using this company. They sent Zach out, and I was very impressed with how thorough he was, knowledgeable, and sincere. I will definitely call upon them again.

Called Graham AC this afternoon and reported that my 5 ton AC unit was not working. They promptly sent out a technician to evaluate and the problem. They promptly technician Zach arrived less than 2 hours later and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Graham AC to my family and friends

Zach is always amazing. Very professional and personable at the same time. He throughly explained what was done during the service call. He let me know that my unit is 10 years old now.

Very pleased. The tech, Chris, explained what he saw. Showed my photos and answered all my questions. He offered solutions but not like a sales push. I would recommend them to other homeowners

About the only good thing I can say is that the tech came to my house. Unfortunately, he said my ac was on it's way out and I could probably get it fixed for several thousands of dollars, or invest in a new system for 9 to 14 k. I decided to have another company come check it out. After a service charge, maintenance check up and a NEW THERMOSTAT, for about $300.00, my ac unit is working just fine again. Really not a company I would recommend.

The team at Graham were confident in their decisions on the type on duct system was needed for my house to match the unit I had installed 2 years ago. They were very professional, honest and forth right on what was needed for my house and explained in detail the type of maintenance needed to maintain my system for years to come

Zach was on time. Respectful of my home and mindful of the work call I was on. He referred me to the comfort club to insure I don’t have any unnecessary costs and service calls related to the issue he addressed. They bought out Shiver who we had used for over 15 yrs. It appears Graham has adopted the new greedy corporate MO of attempted high pressure sales and hoodwink. Said I needed $4K worth of work on an 8 yr old unit. They aren't the only ones out there either, that do this. I got 2 more companies' assessments for comparison. They each had their totally different unrelated high price BS stories, so folks either don't know what they're doing or they're hoodwinking. Finally got a trusted company from a relative's recommendation and won't use these folks again. It's a shame. Shiver used to do the RIGHT thing.

Zach was very thorough with the appointment today. He explained some problems we are experiencing and has offered some solutions. We want to keep our equipment up and running for a very long time. He fixed our problem quickly and we are very thankful for that.

Gram Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new AC and did an excellent job. Branden and his assistant were professional, thorough and friendly. Also, Dakota came out to just confirm our thermostat was working correctly and he was knowledgeable and assured us everything was good. I would recommend them if you need repairs or installs.

Chris Miller came to our home to check out our air conditioning system. We were very impressed with his knowledge. He was very friendly and personable.

They have a a great deal to check on your AC and air handler before the weather changes seasons. It keeps it working in tiptop shape. I t just better than waiting for it to break down.
